Islander Condo # 313 ist eine West View, Platinum Unit, die Platz für bis zu 6 Personen bietet. Betreten Sie unser tropisches Paradies und genießen Sie die günstige Lage, um schnell und einfach den Strand oder zwei Pools Ihrer Wahl zu erreichen.

Die Küche wurde mit Ahornschränken, Quarzarbeitsplatten und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet und ist mit allen Werkzeugen ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen. Nehmen Sie Platz am Esstisch für 6 Personen oder entspannen Sie im gemütlichen Wohnbereich und schauen Sie sich den 42-Zoll-SMART-Fernseher mit Streaming Blue Ray Player und digitalem Kabelanschluss an. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa für die Gäste.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues Kingsize-Bett, Plantagenfensterläden sowie einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher und einen Blue Ray-Player. Das modernisierte Badezimmer bietet einen neuen Doppelwaschtisch aus Ahorn mit Quarzarbeitsplatten und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Das Gästezimmer wurde mit einem neuen Queensize-Bett und einem 18-Zoll-Fernseher mit DVD-Player ausgestattet. Für unsere kleinsten Gäste befindet sich auch ein Pack 'n Play im Gästeschrank. Das Gästebad ist mit einem neuen Waschtisch und einer Marmorwanne / Dusche ausgestattet.

Perfect fit

We stayed here with 4 adults and a baby and it was just what we needed! The room was clean and so nicely decorated. Two pools, very nice beach, and activities. It’s also in a great central location.

My husband and I brought my octagenarian parents down for a bit of a get away. We have stayed in Destin in the past and love the Islander. It was just what we expected and more, and the weather was absolutely perfect. We hope to come again soon.

Luckily they had change on site for their laundry area. Also, I thought there was an actual tiki bar-but it was just a high top table with chairs you could’ve used. Other than that, very lovely place and staff was always welcoming and nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I had a nice time on our week visit to Destin. The condo was in very nice condition and very clean. Would not want to be right over the pool next time. And we thought we had a gulf view and sunset view. The view between a number of buildings was not what we expected. Two suggestions are 1) some space in the kitchen cabinets or pantry to store food we brought with us would be convenient; and 2) a few coffee filters at least for the 1st morning would be great. The very nice woman at the front desk gave me a few to get me by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Islander is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Very clean building. The furniture in our unit was very clean. But, it could be more comfortable. Bed in primary was just not good. Felt the springs and a real back hurler by morning. What is also needed is a foot stool of some kind. Be aware of the coffee table, it’s on wheels. Lastly, we have rented from many places around the country. A few things that should be included. Enough toilet paper for 10 days, Kleenex box, trash sacks, pump hand soap in the bathrooms, and a bottle of spray cleaner for the counters. Little things that make a difference in the overall stay. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper on our last night at the main desk and were told no. Really? That left a lasting impression. We had rented there multiple times.

We will make sure to reach out to the Owner's and give some recommendations for our future guest bookings. We do state in the agreement that we provide the guest with the initial items for there stay and once they are gone it's up to the guest to replenish there items. However, we are glad that you enjoyed the location of the unit being that it's very convenient for most guests to get to the beach and pools. We hope you will come back and see us soon !

Delightful Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 4 renting for 4 nights seeking beautiful beaches and comfortable accommodations. We were not disappointed with Islander or the unit. The beach access was very close and the beach chairs with umbrella a wonderful amenity. The two pools were well maintained. We enjoyed them in the evenings. One night, a movie was shown at the pool. Enjoyed by the entire family. The unit was very clean, well appointed, nicely furnished and decorated and provided a nice view of the pool, a small lake and the beach. Our only negative was that the vacuum cleaner was not well suited to cleaning up sand on tile. We are diligent shoe removers indoors, and although we vacuumed daily, our feet felt gritty and sand got in the beds. Mats for wiping feet might have been helpful too. The staff was always helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Being on Holiday Isle, the complex is removed from the main thoroughfare of Destin so it is quiet, but scant minutes by car to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Overall great stay, great rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was clean and nice the islander is a beautiful place . The only negative is the bed wasn’t to comfortable but over all a nice condo .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and very nicely finished. Probably wouldn't stay above 2nd floor again. View was okay .. especially on fireworks night BUT elevators can get congested during peak check-out and check-in times.

One of the best facility I’ve ever stayed in the only problem with transportation without being able to rent a car Uber and Lyft was not readily available
