***Newly Renovated Building*** Just steps to the Beach and Destin Pass
Guests return year after year to intimate Poolside Villas on Destin’s Holiday Isle. Dunes Away is a second floor, end unit with the living room multiple windows that view the famous Destin East Pass. Wake up to watch the fishing fleet leave in the morning and return in the evening. Condo complex has a beautiful pool with plenty of seating, lounge chairs, and grills for outdoor barbeques. The beach is a short walk out the back gate by the pool through the dunes to the public beach area. A portion of the beach area is leased/owned by Emerald Grand @ Harbor Walk village for their guests to use, so you will need to set up chairs to the left or right of their area which you will see with the blue chairs and umbrellas. Norriego Point has great snorkeling opportunities and is a short walk out the front of the complex along a sidewalk. The drone shots in the photo section show the beauty that is found on all sides of the complex.
The unit can be accessed by walking up two flights of stairs or by using the complex elevator. The complex provides carts to assist with transporting luggage, groceries and supplies to the unit. These carts are located by the elevator on the bottom floor. Please return it back to the first floor near the elevators so that other guests may use, and please do not roll carts into the condo.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and views to the Gulf through the slider door across the balcony and overlooks the complex pool. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa (queen) in the living room with a ‘Cozy Mattress’ bringing 8.5 INCHES of pillow-top, bed-quality comfort. The guest closet also contains a twin-size blow-up mattress, and an all-terrain cart to bring all supplies to the beach easily.
The condo is beautifully finished and kitchen is full sized with range, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen also has a slow cooker, blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker. Stocked with a full range of utensils, cookware and quality knives. The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The following items will be supplied as starter supplies upon check-in: one dishwasher detergent pod/pack, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, travel shampoo & conditioner plus a small bar of soap or body wash per bathroom. Each trash can will have a fresh bag as well.
Unit is NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING.
Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event is over. Please be advised that we cannot promptly respond to support tickets during times of emergency.
Other situations, like general State of Emergency, voluntary evacuations, canceled/delayed flights, changed travel plans including blocked roads in other areas of the Country or fear of travel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
We suggest purchasing 3rd party travel insurance when you make the booking in order to be protected for unforeseen circumstances.
