Unsere Wohnung befindet sich auf der Ferieninsel und liegt am Golf. Es ist ein Nichtraucher-Gerät und ist auch mit einem UV-Luftreinigungssystem ausgestattet. Dieses Gerät verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett im Master und 2 Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer. 32 'TV, zwei Bäder und ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa 42' TV. Es gibt drei TV's, zwei davon sind HDTV-Flachbildschirme und zwei DVD-Player. Dieses Gerät ist auch mit WLAN-Internetzugang, Deckenventilatoren in beiden Schlafzimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Entsorgung, Mikrowelle und Eismaschine ausgestattet.

Genießen Sie kristallklares Wasser, Zuckersandstrände und Sonnenuntergänge, die Ihnen den Atem rauben werden, direkt von unserem Balkon! Unit 512 wurde professionell renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Verziert mit den Farben, die vom Meer gesammelt werden, lädt diese schöne Eigentumswohnung Sie herzlich mit Meerglas und sonnenverwöhnten Farben ein. Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß und sauber, mit schönen und einzigartigen Einrichtungen.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Destin, Florida und doch auf der Ferieninsel gelegen, was unseren Gästen eine private Atmosphäre gibt. Restaurants, Golf und Einkaufen unter vielen anderen Dingen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es gibt zwei Swimmingpools (eine beheizt), Tennisplätze, Shuffle Board und eine Familie Holzkohle Grillen Pavillon für Ihren Genuss. Die Costa Smeralda gehört aus gutem Grund zu den besten in den USA.

Während der Hochsaison / Hauptsaison wird diese Einheit nur für sieben Übernachtungen (Samstag bis Samstag) vermietet.

We loved the condo and location! The beach access was perfect. My only complaint was that one of the elevators was broken and the other was either very slow and or also not working. Even with this, we will definitely stay again.

Overall Good

Overall the place was good. We had two adults and three children and felt that there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and relax while in the unit. There are some definite improvements that could be made to the unit (e.g. carpet is very worn and stained, stovetop burners were slanted and difficult to use/cook for evenly, one of the dining table chairs was broken). The property itself was good too. Love that there were two heated pools, beach setup, and activities during the week. The linen exchange was also a nice touch given that there is no in unit washer/dryer. We were there during spring break so getting a spot on the beach was tough and the pools were very crowded but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the vacation. All in all, I would stay at this property again.

Reviewer Comments: What began as a long awaited time with friends and relatives ended abruptly when we were called home do to a death in our family. ( my stepson). As we had been there for only one week and had paid in full for four weeks. Knowing that we probably would not be compensated I was amazed that I received an email showing that $1218.14 been charged to my credit card without informing me. How unfair and unethical! It has been resolved but we are left with a bad feeling about the Islander.

Great vacation

Property is clean, nice decorations, lots of towels, and amenities. Great location. I want to voice my opinion. The pool area doesn't have good lighting in the evening and night hours. Too dark. Not safe to walk around because of it.

Beach Trip July 2020

This was the cleanest condo I had ever stayed at. Even the deck was very clean. Overall the experience was great. We did have have an ocean view, but it was not right on the beach as this complex is not beach front. However we only had a 5 minute walk to the beach. Alex came right over and asked if we needed beach chairs and always gave us the best available, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The kitchen was very well stocked. Even had a set of Cuisinart knives. The only downside to the kitchen was that there was very little storage space for groceries for the 5 days we were there and the refrigerator sounded ready to die out on any given day. We were a little disappointed that we did not know about any of the activities scheduled at the complex. There was a live music night that we would have loved to attend. We took advantage of the kayak and paddleboard rentals available right on our beach. It was great fun!! Will definitely consider a return trip.
