Safe family property

Loved it!

We had a great time staying in this unit. I liked how it was on a quiet street and away from all the hustle and bustle of the main Destin areas. The unit was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The best part was that the pools were heated and very warm. We were able to swim without being cold at all, which is rare in March. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, it was apparent the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was sand around the entrance and the guest room had Nerds candy all over the floor under the beds. The master ceiling fan had a large amount of dust on it. The bath matt in master was also dirty. Other issues included the unit phone not charging, so had to remove the battery to stop beeping. Only the guest bed TV allowed streaming services. Did not think the room was Gold quality considering the carpet and the condition of furniture.

Beautiful condo in Destin

Reserving the condo was smooth and easy from beginning to end. The condo was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. Location to the beach was a 5 minute walk! We were overall very pleased and would stay here again.

Great spot.

We enjoyed this condo. With three small kids, we had only a short walk to the beach and went everyday. We were right next to the pool which was also nice. The view was amazing. Condo was clean and so comfortable. We’ve never slept better!

First time, not last

Our first time going to Florida and stayed in room 410. The place was clean and it looked as noted in the listing. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The location was great. Walking distance from the beach and included two beach chairs and an umbrella. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide a fitness area, pool access, and get discounts at certain locations by staying there. We will definitely be back. It is also 12 mins away from Harbor Blvd to walk and find places to eat and shop.

The resort was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was just as the pictures displayed. We enjoyed the two pools and the short walk to the beach. They had some kid activities throughout the week. We enjoyed playing tennis and pickle ball too. All in all it was a great stay and we would come back again.

Nice condo-bulky furniture & no washer/dryer

Had a great time. Condo was nice. Just wished the furniture in the second bedroom with the bunk beds was less bulky. It was difficult to walk along side of the bed to get in/out of. Also wished there was a washer/dryer in the unit

Perfect Paradise

This property was amazing and was located on the beach with a gate access to the beach. There were some activities scheduled on the property throughout the week which was really cool. We really enjoyed the DJ that was set up at the West Pool. The property was clean and really well decorated and comfortable. We had a wonderful time!
