The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with fresh, premium linens. Ample wardrobe space allows you to fully unpack, while black-out blinds ensure a dark, restful environment so you wake up refreshed.



Freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom with an energizing shower; high-quality towels and essential toiletries are provided. For your peace of mind, the property is professionally cleaned before every stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property throughout their stay. We kindly ask that you be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels low, particularly after 10 PM.



As is typical for many traditional Lisbon buildings, sound insulation can be limited, so you may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments.



The Neighborhood:

Located in southwest Lisbon, Belém is a historic, much-loved neighborhood rich in iconic sights. Along the Tejo River stands the 56-meter Monument to the Discoveries, celebrating Portugal’s legendary explorers. Nearby, the 1514 Belém Tower serves as a must-see naval fortress; arriving early is recommended to beat the crowds. Also close by is the Jerónimos Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former sanctuary for sailors. Art lovers should not miss the Museu Coleção Berardo, featuring masterpieces by Picasso, Dalí, and Warhol.

We recommend using the Citymapper app for easy navigation, though taxis, Uber, and other ride-sharing services are also readily available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests; no additional visitors are permitted. The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed for extra guests.



Please note there is no elevator in the building. Access to the flat on the 2nd floor requires climbing approximately 20 steps.



Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3 PM to 9 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Late arrivals incur the following fees, payable in advance via card or the Airbnb Resolution Center:



9 PM – Midnight: €40



After Midnight: Please confirm availability before booking.



Identification & City Tax

All guests must present a valid ID at check-in for mandatory registration with Portuguese authorities. A local city tax (charged per person, per night) is not included in the booking price and must be paid before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.



Keys & Lockouts

A €50 charge applies if you are locked out or fail to return keys to the lockbox at check-out. If keys are lost or a locksmith is required, a minimum fee of €80 will be charged.



Utilities & Eco-Awareness



Electricity: To avoid power trips, please refrain from using more than two high-wattage appliances (heaters, hairdryers, kettles, etc.) simultaneously. A €40 fee applies if a technician is required due to overuse. Please be eco-conscious and turn off lights and appliances when leaving.



Hot Water: The water heater has a set capacity. If the hot water runs out, please allow time for the tank to reheat.
