Großes und modernes Haus am Meer mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Dieses Haus wurde im Jahr 2017 mit allen neuen Möbeln, neuen Bädern, Wäscherei, Schlafzimmer, Teppich und Farbe umgebaut. Dieses große Haus verfügt über 7 Schlafzimmer mit 5, 5 Bäder. Die großen Versammlungsräume bieten bequem Platz für 18 Gäste und das Haus bietet genug Platz für 18 Personen zum Abendessen. Es gibt 7 Kingsize-Betten, mehrere versteckte Betten, ein Etagenbett und 5, 5 Badezimmer.
Die Küche bietet alles, was ein Koch zum Zubereiten großer Mahlzeiten benötigt. Zwei Geschirrspüler mit Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kaffeekanne. Das Esszimmer und die Küche bieten Platz für 18 Personen.
Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Aufzug für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität.
Die Außenbereiche verfügen über eine große Terrasse, einen Whirlpool am Meer, einen Basketballkorb und einen Parkplatz für 7 Autos.

The location of this house was the best. We couldn’t have been happier with the beach access and safety of the neighborhood. The house is fine and would be good for large groups, but I would not rate it as luxury.

The views/beach access were wonderful. There were several broken/unusable items. The door knob on the back door was broken off. Neither oven would heat up to temp. The game in the basement was broke which was a disappointment to the kids. The water heater doesn’t seem to be big enough for a house that accommodates this many people. We frequently took cold showers. Before check-in, you are required to sign a contract with threats of additional charges for cleaning and very specific check out instructions. That combined with the price, I would expect the house to be much cleaner. The cupboards were full of crumbs and the appliances had to be cleaned before we could use them. The house could use a general deep clean and definitely doesn’t look like it was recently remodeled as advertised. There was a nice assortment of beach toys available.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Lots of room for everyone. The broken frig door shelves and the door knob on the back door are still an issue that others mentioned. We had to refill the propane in Pacific City and the grill needed some heavy cleaning but at least we knew in advance this would be an issue. Great access to the beach and amazing view.

Could not find one area that was remotely new or fresh.Grill was rusted and no attempt was made to make it functional.Microwave stopped working halfway through stay. I suspect this review will be swept under the rug...shame on Vrbo for this listing.Thankfully there are other avenues on the internet to warn others of false advertisement.

Beautiful clean home with lovely beach view and massive deck. Good kitchen for cooking. Nice sharp knives and good quality Hexclad pans. Dining table accommodated 14 people.Back door handle was broken off so you couldn’t get back in. Toaster oven timer switch was broken. Second dishwasher was nonfunctional. For the high rental price, all those things should work.

Overall this is a fabulous home. We had 17 people (11 adults and 6 children) and it easily accommodated us all. The beds/bedding/pillows were extremely comfortable, which is an absolute MUST for me when it comes to vacation rentals. Access to the beach was easy - a steep, rocky 'staircase' directly off of the back porch OR a more forgiving staircase with sturdy handrail 2 houses down, accessible from the street. For the older members of our party, this was a must for safety and it did not let them down. The house was clean, kitchen had all necessary items for meal prep/serving our large party, and there was amble space for socializing. Now my two thorns. The hot tub was never usable. Someone was there to service it shortly after we arrived and he said that it would be clear and ready to use in a few hours. Needless to say, 24 hours later it was not clear and had a strange odor. We reached out to management and they said they would send him back out, but during our stay he did not make it out and therefore the hot tub was never used. Second was that when we attempted to use the oven in the island, it would only preheat to 295 deg and then throw an error message and breaker. Apparently the wall oven it tied to the same breaker, so power to all ovens shut off when this happened. After some trials and errors, we were able to get the wall unit working for dinner that night. Management was made aware and said they would send someone out to fix it after we left.

What a weekend! Main water line in the neighborhood broke. No water. Katie was very accommodating and found a neighboring house we could use for showering and kept in great contact with me regarding the water situation. Never did get it back on but a great time was had by all of our group.

This is one of the most beautiful locations we’ve ever stayed at together as a family! The kids of all ages loved playing in the sand and water and the older kids enjoyed trying to boogie board. The adults couldn’t stop thanking me for reserving such a beautiful home. We’ll definitely come back!

Family Visiting out of State

Family and friends stayed there for a wedding. We had plenty of space and bathrooms. It was an unusually cold and icy weekend but we stayed warm and cozy with beautiful views of the ocean.

Family Fall Get-away

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach front home. The house is very nice with the most gorgeous view and prime location. The kitchen is well stocked, very nice. We had warm weather and enjoyed the beachfront access. The hot tub was wonderful, too. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space for all. We can't wait to go again!

Beach House fun

this is a beautiful property. We loved being directly on the beach, and easily within many restaurants and POIs. The home was clean, and well represented in the post. Host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. we'll be back!

The beach view and access are amazing! We, surprisingly, ended up with nice weather. Sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view was wonderful. We also took a really nice hike. The house is spacious and had enough room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed it very much. We only had a couple of issues, the gate code we were given didn't work, but the property management company responded very quickly. The cleanliness of the hot tub was the other issue, but they resolved that by sending someone out. All issues were resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying in this house again.

Thanksgiving 2024

Our group of 11 had plenty of room. The gathering space on the main floor comfortably held all of us while doing different activities—cooking, putting together a puzzle, watching sports, and watching the waves crash.
