The Breakers Unit # 7

Eleganz im Handwerker-Stil hebt dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus hervor - ebenso wie alle Extras, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts genießen werden. Ausgestattet für 8 Schlafplätze, ist das Haus mit einem Esstisch, einer großen Sammlung von Filmen, Büchern, Puzzles und Spielen, Stereoanlage, iPod-Player, 60-Mbps-Internet und einem Smart-TV mit Blu-ray / DVD-Player nachdenklich ausgestattet. Der geflieste Kaminofen wird von schönen Möbeln umrahmt. Fotografien von Künstlern aus Oregon zieren die Wände im ganzen Haus. Ein Umbau der Küche des Küchenchefs aus dem Jahr 2014 bringt Quarzarbeitsplatten, Edelstahlgeräte, hochwertiges Geschirr, Kochgeschirr und Kleingeräte zum Eröffnen der Kochmöglichkeiten. Im Obergeschoss verfügen die Schlafzimmer am Meer über die größten Fenster aller Breakers-Einheiten mit zwei Queensize-Betten und ein drittes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eingebaute Doppelkojen und eine Kombination aus TV, Blu-ray und DVD. Great stay on the beach

June at the beach

Great place for a quiet, relaxing beach trip. House had most everything we needed and community washer/dryer was nearby. And best of all... it feels like your own private beach. Neskowin is quietly away from tourist areas, with Lincoln City or Pacific City a short drive away. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect Beach Retreat

We loved this unit of the Neskowin Breakers. It was fully stocked in the kitchen plus lots of games and puzzles and a huge selection of DVDs. Luckily we didn’t have much inside time as the beach access was so easy and we spent hours on the beach - looking for agates, building sans castles and flying kites. A perfect location and Neskowin has such a family friendly vibe.

Amazing views and home for you to relax

My family has spent quite a bit of time staying at different beaches in Oregon. This was our first time in Neskowin. We were very impressed with the private little area that offered the most amazing views. The home was well equipped with everything you could need, very clean and the furniture/beds are very comfortable. The two bedrooms had large windows facing the ocean along with the full living room had a great view. Short distance to the beach. They had a great Store/bakery along with 1 Restaurant that had a great variety for lunch/dinner. You do have to drive to Lincoln City or Pacific City to do a little shopping, but we felt that was worth the little private area that had less people enjoying the beach. We will definitely return. Incredible ocean views from both levels and super close access to the beach. The kitchen is small but doable. Fire wood could be split slightly smaller to burn better but we enjoyed the wood fire place immensely on the blustery November days. The only down side to this unit is no washer/dryer. Huge thumbs up to an awesome rental and beach!

Breakers 7 review

We have stayed at The Breakers for years and it is still such a magnificent property and we enjoyed it tremendously! Only issue was the main downstairs TV would not turn on and we missed the Seahawk game! It was fixed the next day with an extension cord from another outlet, so obvioulsy there is an issue with it. Also, on the second day the water was shut off without our previous knowledge so we contacted management again and it was turned back on. Needs to be better communication.

Perfect stay for a vacation after 6 years!!

This property is perfect if you want to get out of the daily hustle and bustle of your life and want some peace. This place is away from all the touristy places and situated perfectly between Lincoln City and Pacific City. The place was very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. I like making breakfast, so I went to Lincoln City Safeway (15 min drive) to get groceries. (Damn, Safeway is so expensive LOL but Fred Meyer seemed cheaper). You might have to buy your own condiments and spices but that's not a downside of this place at all. In fact, I am trying to find any downside to this place. I guess we didn't need the fireplace but if we did, we would be clueless how to turn it on haha! The beds are very comfortable also. Just make sure you all wash your feet before you get into the house. They have hose conveniently located just outside the main entrance area. Each rental unit has their own hose. My daughters, slept in their rooms with their windows open. The ocean sound was very soothing. The weather was perfect for us Texans! In fact, we were wearing jackets while the natives were in shorts :) The views are even more gorgeous. I strongly recommend to get beach shoes (flip flops or whatever) when you go down to the beach> The rocks can be slippery for sure. This is a great place for kids and adults. . I want to thank the owners and property managers for offering such a nice place. Can't wait to go back to this place again!!!

Love Breakers

Such a wonderful property, woke up to sun and surf through beautiful windows on master bed. I'm familiar with Neskowin, so jumped at the chance to stay at the Breakers. The condition of the house was even better than expected. Would definitely go again.

Upstairs smelled like urine and inadequate bathrooms

Overall it appeared clean however the upstairs hallway and king bedroom wreaked of urine. There were no stains and vacuum marks so I’m sure it’s soiled carpet padding. All of it needs to be ripped up and replaced. The bathrooms were extremely outdated and the shower in the downstairs bathroom was completely inadequate. The listing should read 1.5 baths.

one of the best condo rentals....

This is a high quality beachfront condo rental....roomy enough for 6 plus people...well stocked kitchen utensils and high quality bedding and furniture, dishes, etc........set up for pets, and best of all.....right on the beach...….we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.....we'll be back...!!!! P.S.....the hairdryer does not work.....

Relaxing Friendly Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely. We have stayed in Neskowin before but at Pacific Sands which is literally right next door. I loved the ability to have a fire this time around especially on a stormy, rainy day. Our unit (#7) is well maintained. It would be super if there was a dryer in the unit or in the office area. It would be nice to dry clothes rather than try and hang them dry which is challenging in the dampness. We did have some ants in our unit but if we were careful on the kitchen counters they were fine and not a big deal. Our unit could have used a few more instructions on a some of the little nuances of the house but we figured most of them out. We enjoyed our stay at Breakers and plan to go again!
