Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bietet ein Etagenbett mit einem Doppelbett (darunter ein Doppelbett in voller Größe und ein Einzelbett im oberen Etagenbett) sowie Kabel-TV / DVD. Das dritte Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bietet 2 Einzelbetten mit TV und DVD-Player.
Wir verfügen über ein klimatisiertes Spielzimmer mit 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, 3 Spielekonsolen für alle Altersgruppen, darunter einen Billardtisch, einen Air-Hockey-Tisch, einen Kickertisch und Brettspiele.

Die Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur ein Familienfest oder einen Super-Snack für die Kinder vorzubereiten brauchen könnte. Wählen Sie am Küchentisch essen oder an der Theke. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen.

Pool caused rashes on 3 people in our family. Had to pay extra for heat to the heat for the hot tub then it only worked for 2 of the 5 days. The beds were uncomfortable and plastic sounding.

Family Vacation

The house and resort were a bit dated. There was a big rip in the carpet, coffee pot didn't work, had to replace batteries in the thermostat, and all kids games were missing a ton of pieces.We did really enjoy the bathroom off the pool, the TVs in each room, the abundance of towels, and communication was great with the host. The pool noodles were great for the kids, as well as the stroller and potty chairs for my toddler.Overall it was a good experience.

Our VRBO rental was prefect. The house was clean and ready and our host responded promptly to everything. It met every description in the app and we had no issues. The house was spacious and was less expensive than the park on property hotels. It saved us plenty.

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for our family Disney vacation. This property is very nice, easy to access, and close to all the parks. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The multiple king beds were great for all the adults in our party and there were plenty of other beds for all the kids. Since the pool isn’t consistently heated, we did not notice a discernible difference in temperature when we turned it on; this did not impact our overall stay and enjoyment of the property but wanted to note. Highly recommend this property for families.

Everything was clean and useful as described in webpage, we had small maintenance issue but was fixed by then right away …only sad part was kids couldn’t enjoy the game room since air hockey wasn’t working and pool table was in rough surface minor stuff but overall I rate this location 8/10

Convenient and beautiful

The rental property was very nice and fit the needs of my family of 15. Convenient for shopping and travel to all the Disney parks. I do caution those visiting during winter about paying for the heating of the pool they heat the pool only during the day 9a to 6p which did my family no good as we where at Disney parks everyday from 8am till 8 pm so the pool was chilly for the anticipation of a swim for wind down time .

The pool is heated by the heat pump. Heat pump absorbs the heat from air. So the heat pump works more efficient during the day time. During the winter time at night, it can heat up hot tub in 20 minutes, but it might longer to heat up the whole swimming pool.

Great house for Disney and 2 families

Very convenient to Disney. House was great and property manager was very responsive and answers any questions right away! Uber was quick and easy to use back and forth to places and Disney parks. Would typically wait no more than 10 mins. House came with strollers which was convenient to use at parks. Resort pool was nice. Playground right next to it along with all of the sports activities and arcade. Would highly recommend this place!

Overall a great place; just needs some TLC- amenities in game room need updating/repairs, ceiling fan did not work in master bedroom. It also could use a good cleaning, especially the floors, LR furniture and windows. Hannah did respond quickly to our specific requests.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!1. Jacuzzi & Pool is a very big problem. Pool never got hot the entire weekend. Jacuzzi was not accessible the first 2 days.2. Master bedroom-horse heads on dresser broke & dusty-light in bathroom above mirror is out-left sink is broke & leaking all over floor-fan exhaust in toilet room not working -sewage smell coming from bathroom entire time-tub has a dirt ring around it3. Refrigerator light did not work.4. Game room/garage-Pool table was horrible it was put together wrong, uneven. Pool sticks had black ducktape on them. So we had to buy new Pool sticks and play on an uneven table. I have pictures of everything. Only received a refund of 40 for jacuzzi being broke.The Pool, Jacuzzi and Pool table were the main reasons I booked the house for Our 18th Wedding Anniversary but, none of thee above was satisfactory.

The green board is backwards.
Pool table is uneven, held up by children puzzle pieces.
Grill was dirty. We had to scrub and clean it before we could use it.

We would like to provide some clarification for future guests: • When the bathroom sink issue was reported, we replaced the sink within 24 hours. • When the jacuzzi actuator issue was reported, the part was replaced the following day, restoring normal operation. • After the stay, we resurfaced and re-leveled the pool table to ensure the best experience for future guests. We take maintenance concerns seriously and respond as quickly as possible when issues are brought to our attention. A partial refund was provided as a courtesy for the inconvenience. We regret that the guest remained dissatisfied after requesting a full refund, which we were unable to provide. We encourage future guests to review our many positive reviews for a balanced view of the home and our responsiveness as hosts.

The property was not as advertised. Pictures must have been taken when property first posted on VRBO. Problems with air conditioning, games room, pool, dishwasher, bbq, plumbing, dryer venting. General cleanliness needs some work. House has not been maintained for a rental. Location was great.

Hi Karen, Thank you for sharing your experience at our vacation home with us. We really do appreciate the feedback, and since we're not there full time, we use feedback like yours to make improvements and fix problems that may come up between our own visits there. We sincerely do want this to be the best property it can be since we use and enjoy the house ourselves whenever we can. It's been especially busy since COVID ended, and it's apparent from your feedback that we have some wear and tear items that we need to address. We're sorry it wasn't the best stay possible. We tried our best to meet your expectations. The dishwasher problem was reported on Saturday, we sent a technician there in a few hours. He wasn't able to fix the problem and suggested buying a new one. We bought the dishwasher on Sunday and installed it on Monday. We are sorry that It took two days to solve the dishwasher problem. With a new one installed, this shouldn't be an issue going forward. After you mentioned the grill looked too old, we immediately bought and installed a new grill together with the dishwasher. You found a loose screw on the sliding door track, and a popup nail on the back of the couch. We had a handyman address these issues right away. You reported the "NEST" thermostat battery was low, but It is still working. I ordered a set of new batteries. You could wait for the handyman to come to change the batteries. Apparently, your son changed the batteries quickly. We just had the pool drained, sand blasted, re-surfaced and re-finished the pool a month ago. We will check with our contractor to see if they can do something about the rough pool surface. The hot tub is heated with a heat pump. Heat pump is more efficient during the day than at night time. It takes about 40 minutes to reach 100 degrees at night. We've addressed the cleaning issues with our property management, and expect to see these issues resolved going forward. We're planning to visit the property again soon to do our own inspection and fix any issues we find. Regarding the game room, it's one of the most used spaces in the house, especially by young kids. It's natural that over time toys may break and pieces be lost or removed from the house. We do replace or update items in the game room on a semi-regular basis, including replacing some of the game tables. We're considering what other additions or changes we should make, including more toys and board games. Suggestions for what guests would like to have or what's popular are always welcome! The Windsor Palms community has amazing amenities, gated entrance and proximity to Walt Disney World and surrounding attractions. If we need a break from the parks, we can zip home and take a dip in the pool and head back in the evening for the fireworks!
