Ricky, Thank you! It was a pleasure having you as guests and we’re delighted you enjoyed the house so much! We like to enjoy some of our vacation time in our family baking or cooking and so assuring the kitchen is well stocked has been very deliberate. I’m so glad you found it helpful for your stay. I’m actually not sure how many mixers I’ve bought and left for other VRBO homes but it’s a pet project because we love to use family time for those special moments like making cookies. Thank you again for your kind review. Warm regards, Terri

This was our second year staying in this home, and we enjoyed it both times. The pool and Jacuzzi were both enjoyed daily after a long day at the parks, even in the cooler weather we had. Would DEFFINTELY stay here again!

Dear Kevin, Thank you for your kind review. I am glad you found the home as expected. And I very much appreciate the short 'punch list' of things you shared with me that need attention - bowed pans, a stovetop element needing replacement, etc. As you said, as a rental homeowner yourself, we may not know about these things between our personal visits if they are not apparent during a property manager inspection. It was a huge help to be advised so that we can address these right away. I will be visiting shortly and so this is of particular help in preparing for my visit. Thank you again for taking the time and effort to share. We would be absolutely delighted to have you return. Warm regards, Terri Martinez

Hi Tiffany, Thank you for your review and for taking the time to do so. I'd glad to hear that the DwellingLive system used by the resort was a good experience for you and that your personal key code for the home was easy. We try to keep it simple and stress free - so not worrying about keys and knowing that the house is secure for your use is important to us. Our location close to the parks is a highlight and even better because it is nice to have a place to yourself where you can really relax away from the crowds when you are done. Thank you again for your kind words. Please come again. Warm regards, Terri

This is an ideal house to stay in to visit Orlando's attractions. The villa was well appointed and my wife and I together with my son and his family were comfortable in it. The club house and pool offer good amenities if you want a relaxing day.
