Disney Delight is the perfect name for this Amazing 6 Br, 4 Ba home that comfortably sleeps 17! -Located in the Highly Sought After Windsor Hills Community! This Villa is sure to please the entire Family and it IS within a 5 minute drive to Magic Kingdom! Delightful in every way …like its’ name…Disney Delight! And it has the coolest themed rooms from Princess to Pirates to even Cars!

It is a designer home with very luxurious master bedroom upstairs, en-suite and extra large bathroom with separate tub and shower, double vanities, and large queen size bedroom on the main as well as another huge king size Bedroom en-suite upstairs. Then, to top it off there are the whimsical themed other bedrooms: Pirates of the Caribbean one with 2 separate single beds and a double bunk bed, too, which feels like you are truly a part of it with\ treasure maps, movie posters, and much more, next there is an elegant girls room with a Paris theme where the girls will think they are true royalty with their own little tea table, vanity, fit for princess’ and lastly there is the other sports car bedroom which makes one think of the Daytona 500 with car beds and decor allll about Nascar—with a car mounted on the wall and All about racing cars even in the closet is more decor! Every bedroom is sure to delight with its very own flat screen TV, too!

And, let’s not forget, there is the oversized Game Room with a full size billiard table, a stand up arcade game with ALL the favorites on it from PAC Man to Phoenix and countless more and air hockey table in here, too—-plus a full size sofa! Let’s not forget for entertainment, there are 9 tvs with not only one in every bedroom, but a large one in the great room, another one in the kitchen and of course, one in the game room, too! This makes for a total of 9 televisions. And, all remotes and televisions are checked before your arrival to assure working properly. Therefore, IF a call out is required to the home because someone has played with settings and tv won’t pick up channels, it will be $100 trip charge. Also, any missing or broken remotes for either a television, dvd, or ceiling fan will be charged at $50 per remote. This is due to so many missing or broken remotes and not only is it an expense but often next guests then do not have needed remote upon their arrival due to this issue and so this has been added for all guests comfort there. We aim for all to be perfect for all of our guests! Disney Delight embodies an amazing Holiday in every way! You surely will love it here! Many upgrades ongoing from new outdoor polywood furnishings in 2022 to brand new bedding in most every bedroom from 2023-2026! Let’s not forget new kitchen items been added…new keurig, Mickey K-Cup holder, and Christmas items added each year, too! Constant additions and upgrades to decor!

In addition to the huge communal walk-in pool, A large Water Park With slides and all kinds of fun is free for all our guests to Windsor Hills, as well as tennis courts, a putting green, basketball goals, walking trails, large open game room, ping pong tables, Sundry Shop, and exercise gymn room and a movie theater up at the clubhouse as well ...at our villa enjoy your own Private pool and spa and pool toys and a full size table and chairs plus chaise loungers all around the pool! And, of course there is a netting fence up around the pool at our villas to protect the little ones! If you wish pool and spa/hot tub heated, there will be an additional $40/night fee and please advise at time of booking so this fee will be paid. If fee isn’t paid in advance the pool/spa heat will not be on. Thank you for your understanding and compliance. If decide want heat after check in the fee will be $50/night as a trip charge out to turn it on for you will be incurred —-plus this is If it can be turned on at that point.

Also, please note the following: Pool heaters are connected to the Pool Pump, which operates on a timer, which is set to come on in the morning and turn off in the evening. The Pool Heater will Not work at night —and this is for ALL pool heaters, even this brand new state of the art $3200 pool heater that was just installed there in November 2021 Pool heaters/exchangers need to run for hours in order to produce heat. Electric Pool Heaters Only are heat exchangers and generate heat off the outside temperature, so if the outside temp is 70 degrees the pool will eventually get to 70 degrees over a period of 24-48 hours then will increase by 1 degree per hour. Electric pool heaters/exchangers do Not work when the outside temp is below 60 degrees, the heater/exchanger will still be running but the compressor will not kick in until the air temp goes above 60 degrees. We can’t control the weather. And there are no refunds for pool heat if decide to get pool heat—because the electricity bill goes up approx $45-50/ per 24 hrs for it to run even if no appreciable heat or not what guest or we would like for heat to be for us. It does not ever feel like warmth of a bath tub kind of heat. The spa can have all heat directed to it when turned on versus to the pool, if pool heat bought —but it is Not a Hot tub but a spa and jets with heat. Please do understand this when making decision to pay for pool heat. ALSO, please note pool service person comes out at least once per week, when they come they must be allowed to service the pool…our apologies in advance but you must get out of the pool for the cleaning and chemical checks and so this may be up to 30-40 min —if you ask the pool person to leave then they must come back out at a different time as service must still be done and that will result in an extra fee of $45 that will be billed to you the guest, so please allow pool service person(s) to do their work when they come to the pool. Thank you for your understanding.

This home is truly the most amazing home and it has it all and located in the equally amazing community of Windsor Hills! It lacks nothing short of a vacation in and of itself! And, this home is only 5 min. From Magic Kingdom! You can have fun here 24/7 with the whole family…and then go spend time with Mickey and Minnie or head over to Universal Studios! Also, there is a pack n play here, a high chair and play pen to help with the littlest ones and a few small strollers.

As for the kitchen you will find stainless steel, top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, gorgeous French cafe themed kitchen, and a fun seating design .

For the laundry, there is a full size laundry room with large full size washer and dryer. The washing machine is extra large now to accommodate large loads of laundry and was just re-placed with this huge new great washing machine in October!

One of the most popular features of this home is the en-suite queen bedroom on the main floor, as well as kitchen and laundry room and game room as well as pool and hot tub all accessible on the main floor -so For those guests that can’t navigate the stairs as well——this is the most perfect of all layouts!

This house is very beloved and it shows inside and outside! The name Disney Delight is truly fitting for this magnificent Villa! It has it all!
