Serendipity at Acadia - Family getaway

Welcome to Serendipity at Acadia, a sprawling 7-bedroom estate with all the makings of a once-in-a-lifetime family getaway! Enjoy endless summer in the home’s screened-in private pool area with the main pool, hot tub, and shallow kiddie pool. Poolside loungers await for sun-filled afternoons, and the patio offers a shaded space to enjoy an outdoor dinner.



The Space:

Indoor recreation can be split between several areas which collectively ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy. The formal living space, with plush couches and smart tv, is open to the kitchen and dining area, making it a great spot to hang out as a group. Head to the home’s epic game and movie room for ultimate at-home recreation. 6 theater-style recliners face a large screen smart tv, plus the ping pong table ready for hours of play.



Whether you’re preparing snacks to enjoy by the pool, a quick lunch to take on the go, or a formal meal to share at the dining table, you’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware.



This home sleeps up to 16 guests in 7 private bedrooms, each with its own smart tv and ensuite bathroom, plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and patio access.



Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds, 1 built to look like a Disney princess castle, and the other to look like a Minnie Mouse Jeep.



Bedroom #4 has 2 twin size Lightening McQueen beds and a toddler/training bed.



Bedroom #5 has a king size bed, built to look like a ship with a Nemo theme.



Bedroom #6 has a king size bed.



Bedroom #7 has a king size bed.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Parking space is provided in the driveway and on the street opposite the home.

- The hot tub is always FREE to guest use. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to..



- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.



-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.



This home is located in the private community of Acadia Estates. This residential neighborhood is only 30-35 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot. Universal Studios can be reached with a short drive further north. If a fabulous round of golf is what you’re after, there are several golf courses within minutes. Shops, restaurants, and activities are also within easy reach.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
