Very convenient for our 4day Disney park passes because it too no time to get there. Walmart was extremely close as well as gas stations and other stores. There’s plenty to do inside the gated community like water park and playgrounds etc. We felt very safe and had our privacy at the same time which made it feel like home. 10/10 I’d do it again. Could improve on the cleanliness a bit but it wasn’t too bad.

First off Darlene was so so helpful! Greatly appreciated all of her help and quick responses prior to our trip and during. Everything was great with our stay. Every corner of the house was used. The welcome gift was nice too. We didn’t notice it until the end of our stay but a nice surprise. Clubhouse pools and slide were a lot of fun. Game room had events for kids throughout the day too! Would stay again. Thanks Darlene.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fab5 Villa. The location was perfect for our days at the Disney parks. The community pool at Windsor Hills was fantastic. Our grandkids loved the water park. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well supplied with extra small appliances, dish ware, pots & pans, etc. Our grandkids practically lived in the pool/hot tub. Our host Darlene was very responsive to our needs. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at the Fab5 villa again!
