Welcome to your stylish mid-century modern retreat in beautiful Colorado Springs! Our spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom features a cozy queen bed, closet, bedside lamps, and a ceiling fan, while the second bedroom offers another plush queen bed and a bedside lamp. The third bedroom is a fitness enthusiast’s dream with a queen bed, closet, bedside lamps, treadmill, and lifting weights.
Need to work? Our dedicated office space, stocked with books and reading materials, provides the perfect setting. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. The spacious living room invites you to unwind on the ample seating while enjoying the Smart TV. For movie or game nights, head to the basement, where you'll find another inviting living space with a game table, a 65-inch HDTV, and a pull-out couch.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
