Indulge in ultimate relaxation with the brand-new 8-person Clearwater Hot Tub. Soak in the breathtaking views while rejuvenating your senses. Please note that the hot tub area is shared between both units of the duplex, fostering a sense of community while respecting each other's space.

SHARED SPACE ETIQUETTE
While this space is part of an upper-unit duplex, please be mindful of the guests in the lower unit. Respect each other's privacy and maintain a noise-conscious environment to ensure a harmonious stay for all.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire unit to yourself, including a private backyard! Please note, this is a duplex and the hot tub area is in the middle of the yard, fenced-in, and shared with the lower 1-bedroom unit.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in Old Colorado City, the historic downtown of Colorado Springs. You will find lots of local shops, bars and restaurants, all on one street! We are a short drive, or a 15 minute walk, to the center of it all.

Getting Around:
To get to the heart of Old Colorado City, simply walk a quarter-mile east of the house and find a walking trail that will take you straight into town. There are also plenty of Lyfts and Ubers around Colorado Springs.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

This is one unit of a duplex. Both units are being rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests and be noise conscious. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests. This is the only shared space.

We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

We liked the property and location. It was very close to everything, especially close to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods, which we loved. Kaitlyn worked very hard to fix the Internet service issues we encountered most of the time we were there for our five days.

First time in Colorado Springs and can't wait to go back!
I have been all over Colorado but never been to Colorado Springs. It is now one of my favorite places. And our Vrbo house was equally as amazing. 2725 King Street is the place to stay. It is around all the wonderful things to do in Colorado Springs. The condo was perfection, from the the hot tub to the fire pit and the outstanding design of the house. We will definitely be back. And the communication with the property owners and managers was flawless, so helpful and informative. Anyone who is looking to go to Colorado Springs needs to check out 2725 Kind Street Condo! Great job Luke and Lexi you helped make so many wonderful memories. 5 stars all the way!!!

Nice property at a central location. Great deck and views of the city and mountains. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Host was nice enough to leave coffee, snacks and beverages. I’d return to this property of another visit.
