This was our first time to Colorado Springs. We loved this rental home for many reasons. First of all, Brie was an excellent Superhost. Her thoughtful messages left throughout the house were delightful. She was also the quickest host to respond on our trip and solved any minor issues we had in a heartbeat. Traveling with my friend and our dogs, we stayed 4 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The house is spacious and about a 15 minute drive from town and a few minutes more to Manitou Springs. One of the greatest things about this house is we each had our own spacious privacy within the house. Also, an enclosed backyard bonus allowed our dogs to roam off leash. I would recommend this to my friends and also stay here again.

Out of 4 houses on our trip this was everyone’s favorite. The decor, the massive size of the Master suite, the nice sitting areas outside, and definitely the hospitality of our host. We got there late so she had the lights on for our arrival as well as snacks ready and waiting. And the beds…..everyone woke up saying the beds were the most comfortable they have ever used. I usually don’t sleep well while traveling but the king bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Loved this house.

Family Get Away

Great cozy pet-friendly spot

We loved the comfort of this home after staying for 5 nights at our 120 year old cabin in Eldora. We stayed two nights so we could visit Garden of the Gods and go whitewater rafting. Brie was so thoughtful in how she stocked the house and even surprised us with a lil treat. The soaking tub was especially appreciated after conquering the Manitou Incline. I liked how the master suite and bathroom were separated from the main level, so hubs and I could have a lil retreat. Thank you for such a lovely rental!

We visited for a short family weekend getaway from fort collins. The house was perfect for our needs traveling with 2 kiddo's, grandma and an aunt. We all had our space. The house was lovely, especially the master suite. We had one question after arrival and brie got back to us with help immediately.

Family trip

The house was cute and very clean. The owner pays attention to detail. The master is very large. The shower was nice, but it is wide open to the room so anyone walking into the bedroom will see you in the shower. There is air conditioning, but not central air, so the unit in the master was a bit noisy to fall asleep to. I appreciated that the master has a large TV as many rentals only put a TV in the common area. The owner did warn me about little bugs they had treated for. We saw them in the hallway bathroom bathtub and outside on the firepit cover and concrete patio. They were harmless, but they did stop us from sitting outside. The owner said they were going to treat for them again after we left. They do have a ring doorbell which I'm not a huge fan of.

This was hands down the best VRBO stay our family has ever had! From the personalized touches to the food and activity recommendations, Bre was an incredible hostess! She could not have been more accommodating. The house is STUNNING and had everything we needed! The pups loved having a fenced in yard to run around in.

We loved our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Brie was very sweet and communicative and even checked in on us by message. The home itself is beautiful and unique. The master is like its own little wing of the house away from the kids rooms which was nice. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. We did all the touristy things and I think the most we drove away from the house was 20-25 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this home!

A perfect place close to family

We were in town for a family members 80th birthday and looking for a place near them. The home was exactly as described, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Lovely, conveniently located get-away

Two adults and 4 kids with plenty of room and comfortable in the home. We were in the area for a wedding and vacation. Our hostess, Brie, was highly communicative throughout, beginning prior to our arrival, taking extra time to curate a wonderful list of activities and eating establishments we might like based on the age-ranges in our party. She was very responsive if we had questions, though we had little, as she anticipated needs and addressed them proactively. The home was lovely, with a lot of character, and Brie took the time to add special touches that made us feel as though we were welcome guests she looked forward to hosting, rather than nameless patrons of a commercial operation. All around, highly recommend the stay at Mountain Topaz Getaway when visiting Colorado Springs.

Thoughtfully Perfect!

Loved our stay here! Clean, comfortable, trendy…felt like home. Loved all the details from the welcome note on the scrabble board to the cleaning instructions on the knife block! Wonderful Fall Trip to Colorado

My wife and I were looking for the perfect location close to all of the fall colors in the mountains. We also wanted a home that would provide the R&R we needed during our great fall getaway. This house was definitely the perfect location for both! The home is central to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and easy access to the mountain towns of Cripple Creek and Victor. The home has a beautiful master suite with a large master bath. It also has a great backyard area with a big fire pit and lots of seating. Bre is an excellent host. She responded to all of our questions and needs quickly and even provided us with great restaurant and recommended drives to view beautiful fall colors. The welcome note and snacks were a nice touch. Thank you Bre for allowing us to stay in your home for our much needed fall getaway! We will definitely be back!
