Immerse yourself in the entertainment of choice, whether it's catching up on your favorite series on the expansive screen or engaging in arcade fun from the comfort of home.
The kitchen is fully provisioned with modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, as well as an assortment of pots and pans.
Each bedroom is equipped with a television. Among the sleeping quarters are three rooms furnished with king-sized beds and private bathrooms, alongside two rooms furnished with bunk beds (imagine slumbering in Hogwarts Express-inspired surroundings or amidst whimsical Minions decor). Bedtime becomes an adventure with our meticulously crafted themed chambers. Countless cherished memories await creation, and we're thrilled to open our doors to you! Furthermore, your reservation grants you complimentary access to the Windsor Hills Resort's array of amenities: a gym, game room, theater, and mini water park.

No Party Policy: We strictly prohibit parties or raves on the premises. Given the residential nature of the area, noise levels are to be kept at a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. We kindly request that you honor the sanctity of the house and its surroundings during your stay.
No Smoking Policy: Please note that any form of smoking may trigger the house's smoke alarm, and tampering with our fire detectors will result in a fine. In the event that smoking or vaping is detected in bedrooms, on the balcony, patio, or any area of the house, a $300 smoking fine will be imposed to cover deep cleaning and/or repair of fire detector tampering.
No Pet Policy: While we adore animals, we enforce a strict "NO PET POLICY" to preserve the pristine condition of the residence. Non-compliance may result in additional fees.
IMPORTANT: In September of 2024, the pool will be closing temporarily for resurfacing. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, but please know that this maintenance is necessary to ensure the safety and functionality of our community pool.
If the weather permits, the resurfacing process is expected to take roughly four weeks. During this time, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as the Windsor Hills HOA works to complete this important project efficiently.
We recognize the importance of the pool as a gathering place for our community and we share your desire for all guests to enjoy it fully. The resurfacing is essential to maintain the quality and safety of the pool for everyone's benefit.
All other amenities remain open.
? What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Here’s how it works:
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
?? Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.
?? Important House Rules
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
?? Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
?? Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
?? Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
?? Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
