Spend your days RELAXING in the sun, out back in the private screened-in lanai with pool/spa. Cook at home, in the fully equipped kitchen. Have FUN, quality family time in the game room, enjoy the on-site WATER PARK, visit one of the many nearby attractions!

FIVE bedrooms and FIVE bathrooms, free WiFi, cable TV, 70" HD SmartTV in living room, 32" smart TVs in each bedroom, kid-friendly, club house, 5-Star resort.

We work in conjunction with a Local Property Manager to provide a clean, comfortable and convenient experience with everything you need for a wonderful stay.

This non-smoking house has Two en-suite King Master bedrooms, Three themed en-suite bedrooms and a private outdoor Pool/Spa w/optional heat at an additional cost of $35 per day.

Located in the exclusive Windsor Hills resort, 10 minutes drive to Disney World and other popular area attractions.

Over 20 Golf courses within 20 miles,

One hour away from Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center

Just over an hour drive to Cocoa Beach and Daytona, or to Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast .

One mile away is grocery shopping, many dining options, and more. Target, Publix and Wal-Mart are 2 miles away.

This house offers both the comforts of home along with the resort amenities. Whether you want to lounge by the pool/ waterpark/ splash pad, take the kids to the playground, catch a movie, play in the arcade, keep in shape at the fitness center, play some tennis or volleyball, or just simply relax after a day at the parks or challenging day at the golf courses; this is your home away from home.

Spacious patio provides an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 to enjoy an outdoor meal.

2 loungers for pool side comfort.

Private pool, with the option to add heat at an additional fee of $35 per day.

The pool has an attached jetted Spa, for the ultimate relaxation.
*spa is not heated unless pool/spa heat is selected at $35 per day.

Everything is fully-screened to keep the bugs out but allow sunshine in.

The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

We can coordinate a Barbeque propane grill rental, by request, with a 3rd party partner.
* The rental charge is $20/day (minimum charge of $100)
This fee covers delivery and pickup, propane and cleaning.
* Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own BBQ grill.


Linens, bath towels, pool towels and pillows are provided.

This house is considered self catering. Starter toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soap are provided. Any additional paper towels, toilet paper or soap that is needed will need to be provided by you.
The starter pack includes:
1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
1 paper towel roll in kitchen
1 garbage bag in each garbage can
1 sponge
1 mini liquid dish soap
1 dishwashing tablet
1 laundry pod

Community Amenities in Windsor Hills Resort:

Guest has access to all resort amenities. All guests will need to visit the welcome center for a wristband to enjoy the resort amenities. It is self check in.

If you like to stay in disgusting vrbo homes this one is for you! The house has a sour smell throughout, yellow stained pillows, damage furniture from the 1970’s, rusty dirty kitchen trash can , area rug in the living room that should be white and teal is yellow and gray, lights are broken and needing bulbs, and to top it off if you and your family can play games in the 90 degree garage that has no air conditioning this is for you, AND you get to pay top dollar for this disgusting home! Don’t do it!

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry the home didn’t meet your expectations. I would like to take this opportunity to provide additional context for future travelers. Our local Property Manager visited the home on both Day 1 and Day 2 and met with the guest to address concerns, no odor concerns were raised until Day 3. We accommodated a last‑minute request for early check‑in, shortly after arrival, the pillowcases and protective covers were removed exposing the bare pillows, which generated the concerns of stains. We immediately sent our Property Manager and provided a credit for the pillows the guest had chosen to replace. The furniture in the home is modern, only a few years old (not from the 70's), though a few nightstands do have some water damage, which we plan to remedy. The photo provided of the kitchen trash can shows discoloration on the inside of the lid, which is consistent with the inside of a stainless steel trash can. The area rug in the living room is originally an off‑white and blue pattern, this rug had recently been professionally cleaned and will be evaluated for replacement. There were no broken light fixtures, although our Property Manager did replace a light bulb during this stay. As noted in our listing, our game room does not have a dedicated air conditioner, however we provide fans for added comfort. During the stay, we did provide an additional fan, despite noting the temperature in the room was 76 degrees, not 90 degrees, during the Property Manager’s visit. Despite our efforts to address each concern promptly with the guest during the stay, it became apparent the ultimate goal was to receive a full refund for the 5 night stay. Once efforts through both VRBO and the credit card company were denied, this review was posted over 6 weeks after checkout. We have welcomed many guests both before and after this stay who have rated the home 5 stars for cleanliness, accuracy, and overall experience. Our Local Property Manager and myself both take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for every guest. I am always open to any questions or concerns as we invite future travelers to come enjoy our property.

The house was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. It took less than 15 minutes to get to the Disney parking lots from the driveway! We had an issue with a tv and the dryer and they had maintenance out within 24 hours to fix it. Speedy response and great service!

As someone who is a very clean person. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the house. We utilized the garage / games the most. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast both mornings. Clorox wipes or a cleaner would have been nice so I can clean the tables and counters with but other than that, Beds were comfy and showers were cleaned and water pressure was great.

Fantastic Home Away From Home
