Beautiful home, outside tv was the greatest, watch a game and swim at the same time, kitchen was well equipped, we did Universal and Disney so we didn't have the free time to use the community pool so it worked out having our private hot tub and pool.

Amazing!!

We loved staying at this house! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a fun and easy trip. The neighborhood was quiet and felt really safe, but still close to all the parks, restaurants, and stores.The pool/hot tub was awesome and perfect for relaxing after long days! Everyone had their own space, which made it great. Laura was easy to communicate with, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Orlando!

We can't wait to return!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property! The house was everything we hoped for and more – spacious, spotless, and perfect for our whole family. With 5 comfortable bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space to relax.The private pool and BBQ area were definite highlights – we spent countless hours enjoying the sunshine and grilling meals together. The location is also fantastic, close to all the amenities we needed, but still quiet and private.Laura was a fantastic host – incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. Her communication made everything smooth and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Family Disney Vacation 2025

We had such a delightful stay at Livin_Great! Everything that you could think of was supplied for us. We had 12 people total, 5 adults & 7 children, 12 & under. This home not only had ample space for everyone, the owners also supplied extra strollers for our use, pool towels, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The game room was a hit with the kids, too! The patio/pool area was so nice with a big grill, table, many chairs and a TV which we used to watch the football playoff games while in the pool! The home was very clean and the gated neighborhood was really nice with the rec pool/water slide area. This home is conveniently located 15 min from Disney and a 5 min drive to a Walmart Super Store. The home definitely was one of the nicest we have stayed in over the years and the hosts Laura & Fred were very responsive to all our questions. We will tell everyone we know who is coming to the Disney area about this wonderful home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I want to give this property a 1 star so I can have access to rent whenever I want to head back to Orlando. Everything about this property and experience was a 10!The communication with the property manager/owners from the moment the booking was made, response time, check-in process, cleanliness, supplies in the house, amenities (pool, gameroom...), and community and location - absolute homerun...We had a range of ages from 13-18 for kids along with adults and there wasn't a bored minute when we were just relaxing at the house. I would recommend this property every day of the week!!! Amazing experience and even better rental. Thank you -

Family Christmas Vacation

Great place for kids

This was the perfect vacation home for our family with three toddlers. The home had strollers, pack and plays, booster seat, high chair, child gates, pool fence, and lots of space. There are two parks within walking distance and an open area to run and play right across the street. The game room was a playroom for all ages. The house was clean with a fully stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub added hours of fun and relaxation. Only wish we could find homes like this in other places for the price!

Great stay

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Super close to Disney Park. The resort feels very secure and safe. The house was perfect for us, lots of space to spread around. Well equipped kitchen with pots etc. do bring some condiments if you plan to cook, super Walmart is around the corner for grocery shopping. We will be back!

Place was perfect, rooms were big, little kids loved the pool. Neighborhood was quite. The resort pool and sildes were nice. You can take your own drinks to resort pool which saved $$. Kids and grandparents liked the game room in the garage. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here

My God-given gifts are hospitality and service, so that has made hosting vacation homes such a perfect fit for me and our happy guests!!

I was born and raised on a farm in south-central Michigan, and am blessed to still live just 3.5 miles from the farm with my high-school sweetheart husband and 2 young boys. Before becoming a full-time mom, I had a successful 9-year career in technology sales.

As a family, we enjoy fishing, camping, hunting, baking, playing games and traveling in our free time.

We love our National Parks for the hiking, wildlife and amazing landscapes and have visited the Great Smokey Mountains in TN, Yellowstone in Wyoming, the Florida Everglades, and Denali in Alaska.

Once we started our family, we began using other's short term vacation rentals for long-weekend anniversary getaways and family vacations in Michigan and have always had a wonderful experience. We appreciate being able to cook our own meals for the most part and to relax and play games in a home instead of a hotel, not to mention we can create a very budget-friendly vacation by not eating out every night.

Our favorite warm weather destination is Florida. When winter comes, it's easy for us to take a quick Allegiant Air flight to several destinations throughout Florida. That's why we chose Kissimmee as our first vacation home location. It's ideally located to the most popular attractions and the resort we chose is known as the closest to Disney, but is very private.

We've spent a good amount of time at our place and can make specific recommendations to help you get the most of your stay - see our guidebook. We are happy to share our place with others, so they can create lasting memories just as we have. We feel there is no better way to spend our time and our money, but to create memories with the ones we love.
