Lovely flat close to metro

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely flat that was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and a lot of space. It was close to the metro and had convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet building and parking on the street.

Perfect stay in Paris

The apartment was so clean and homely. It was so kind of them to leave a baguette, drinks, jams and pasta on arrival! Asha was so helpful and welcoming and was available for anything you needed. Lovely hosts - so welcoming and helpful!

I stayed here with my wife for a combination work / pleasure visit. I cannot say enough good things about the hosts, Asha and Vincent. They were super accommodating for our arrival at an odd hour, and helpful with tips on the neighborhood, the property itself and really anything we asked. We had a very nice stay.

Six days in Paris

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Milk, juice, water, butter all in fridge. Wine, pasta, coffee pods and more were also there for us. Everything you could want was there. A map of the area and recommends there plus small paper maps on drawer. Oh and the bed was just so comfortable. Charming, kind hosts

Very quiet, peaceful apt outside the city center.

The apartment was beautiful, very well appointed, and very quiet despite being in a busy neighborhood. Asha was very responsive, and had stocked the apartment with quite a few basics that were very appreciated. I would definitely stay again. It is a fair distance into the main tourist areas, so be prepared to spend a lot of time on the metro if that is what you are intending to do in Paris.

Great space in a convenient location

Our stay at Asha and Vincents apartment was perfect! The space was clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Asha was so attentive and met us for check-in and continued to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The metro station was a very short walk away with a direct train to the city center and there were many options for food within walking distance. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely book again!

Little gem in Paris

Asha was very welcoming and hospitable. She anticipated our needs for milk, coffee, wine and much more. Lovely flat in Paris

This flat is wonderfully comfortable and outfitted with every you need for a great stay. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need, as is the bathroom, fresh towels and linens. The bed is very comfortable. It has a washer for your laundry convenience. Asha was a wonderful and gracious host, who made sure I was comfortable and greeted me on check-in. Asha remained in contact to ensure my stay was comfortable and had great recommendations in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is lovely along the canal, and there is ample grocery shopping nearby. A great place to stay, and be welcomed warmly. Highly recommended!

Couldn't have been more welcoming

Delightful little place in Arr XIX...the hostess Asha was extremely accomodating, patiently going over the features of the place with an 8 hours jet lagged arrival...plus coffee, juice, sparkling water and assorted bakery items. Its a 125 year old flat a bit out from the center and the "stuff", but it's a short walk to either Crimee or Corentin Cariou metro. And a only slightly longer walk to bars, cafes, etc along the canal de la Villette.

This is a lovely, quiet apartment in the 19th arrondissement. We spent 5 days there and the hostess was extremely kind and helpful. She spoke English well. The QQ bed was comfortable and the apartment comes with a washer, but not a drier. However, there are several laundromats right on the same street, if needed. There are also a number of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The location is a bit out of the way if you're looking for a quick walk to major sightseeing locations. The subway/train system, however, can get you anywhere you need to go, but it takes a bit of time.

Comfortable, and handy to everything

The hosts could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Metro and grocery very close. Try the friendly Cafe Urbain for your cafe/croissant before starting the day. Building is VERY quiet, clean & safe; apt. has all the essentials. I highly recommend for a quiet stay away from the city centre, yet still close by metro. Asha was extremely accommodating and kind in every way!

Lovely apartment in quiet building

We loved our five nights at Asha and Vincent's lovely apartment. It is perfect for two people and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The building is very quiet despite being in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood. We walked everywhere but the metro stops and buses are just a couple of minutes from the apartment. Asha and Vincent made us feel so welcome and checked in via text during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Would recommend this listing without hesitation.

Awesome flat in the 19th

I’m afraid to say how great this place is, because more people will stay and it won’t be available when I come back!Charming, clean and well appointed. Everything I needed to live like a Parisian this week. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed and sofa. Really perfect in every way!It is not in a tourist area, so if your intention is to be very close to the famous attractions this may not suit you best. But the area is safe, with many local restaurants and bars. It is close to the canal and river which has a very local feel. Do not miss the market on Thursday and Sunday to buy some food and cook your dinner. Asha and Vincent are very good hosts. Thank you both!

can’t imagine a better spot or hosts. apt was spacious, quiet, charming, cozy, comfortable, clean. vicente helped us in and gave us the rundown on the apt and area. they also left coffee, snacks, wine, cider, fresh bread, jams and spreads, chocolate. so incredibly thoughtful and convenient!!metro is less than 2 blocks away. maps in the apt plus citymapper app made travel anywhere simple. you’re abt 15-20 mins to lourve etc. Really enjoyed the metro rides and walk to apt after a long day in a busy city. there’s a market, bakery and restaurant between the apt and the metro.couldn’t recommend more!

Amazing hosts!

this pretty apartment was located close to a metro station, which made it very easy to get anywhere around Paris. The unit and building were very safe with multiple layers of security and we were never concerned for any safety issues. The hosts went above and beyond in providing snacks and treats and drinks for our use upon our arrival. Very kind and thoughtful people who also had excellent communication before and during our stay. Each room had a window that opened to a quiet courtyard space if you need fresh air. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable that I’ve slept on in any rental unit I’ve stayed in over the last number of years. Such a great night sleep! We were very pleased with our visit and would gladly stay again!

The Best Apartment Experience.

Of the twenty or so apartments/houses we have rented in15 years in 6 countries, this one was the best. The property is spacious.clean. comfortable with everything you need. The owners, Asha and Vincent have set up the apartment from their experiences in renting a holiday apartment. As well as the basics of tea, coffee,(3 types).milk, pasta, wine,, bread,jam,there were also reserves of cleaning needs , kitchen towel and toilet rolls! Asha met us at the door to show us around. They both helped us with bags and travelling. Tha k you.

My stay in the 19th district

Asha kept in touch with us for arrival time and she and her husband Vincent met us to help with luggage and to help familiarize us with the apartment. She gave directions to stores, the metro etc. She checked in mid week to make sure all was well. You can’t ask for a more helpful owner. The apartment was spotless and bed was comfortable. It was wonderful having an onsite washing machine and there is a laundry right next door if you don’t want to hang your clothes to dry. We always felt safe walking around. This location is farther out from some of the popular districts but the metro is close by and a convenient way to get around once you learn the system. Warning do not drop or toss your metro ticket before exiting the station. It is a $50 euro fine even if you have a receipt. Only your validated ticket counts and they do spot checks in the tunnels. Explore there are a lot of hidden treasures in the 19th and a wonderful park if that interests you and the metro goes to within walking distance of all the major sites.

Paris für Genießer

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Asha war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir wurden persönlich mit Wein und Lebensmitteln begrüßt. Asha verriet uns ihre Lieblingsrestaurants in der Nähe.Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet, sauber und ausgestattet mit dem, was man benötigt.Die Lage der Ferienwohnung, etwas außerhalb am Kanal, war hervorragend. Spaziergänge am Kanal am Abend haben den Aufenthalt in Paris perfekt abgerundet.
