Das Forum des Halles ist das größte und unangenehmste Einkaufszentrum in Paris, obwohl ein derzeit laufendes Facelifting Abhilfe schaffen sollte. Es erstreckt sich über drei Untergeschosse und umfasst U-Bahn-Stationen, Multiplex, Fitnessstudio, Swimmingpool und zahlreiche Restaurants. Es ist ein wahres Labyrinth.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines sehr gepflegten, frisch renovierten Gebäudes mit einer roten Teppichbodentreppe. Es ist mit Digicode gesichert. Diese 65 m² große Unterkunft bietet ein gemütliches Interieur mit Holzboden und Holzbalken. Komplett möbliert und kürzlich renoviert, bietet es Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett mit angeschlossenem Duschbad und WC und das Wohnzimmer bietet ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa. Auf Anfrage kann ein fünftes Einzelschwammbett hinzugefügt werden, das bei Bedarf Platz für 5 Personen bietet. Es gibt auch eine zweite Toilette am Eingang für Personen, die sich das Wohnzimmer teilen. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit hochwertigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet und der große Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, damit Sie den besten Gastgeber für unterwegs spielen können.

Bleiben Sie mit der Welt in Verbindung über die private Highspeed-Internetverbindung über Kabel und WLAN sowie über Kabelfernsehen über einen großen 3D-Smart-Flachbildfernseher.

A perfect location for us. We especially enjoyed our day on a self-guided tour of the Marais. The apartment was very comfortable...and quiet. We got used to the 100 steps. Indeed, they might have helped us, because we left Paris to walk the Robert Louis Stevenson Trail!

Perfect location, great apartment

Highly recommend this vrbo! The location was perfect, bars and restaurants and shops surrounding us, close to many metro stations made travel super easy. Keep in mind, it is 100 steps up to the apartment, but you get used to it! Great place and host was very helpful.

Great central location. Enjoyed our stay.

The department was spacious and as advertised. It is in a great location next to Metro, RER. The only thing to mentioning is that there are about 100 steps to climb to get up to the apartment. Many sites within walking distance.

Great location for metro access, restaurants, attractions

Well-equipped, spacious lodging on the top floor of a building in the Les Halles area. 2 minute walk from the Étienne Marcel metro in one direction and about 4 minutes from the Les Halles metro and shopping complex in the other. Just a couple blocks from Bo & Mie Patisserie/Boulangerie and about a minute walk from Le Petit Bouillon Pharamond, our favorite. Every other kind of restaurant/bar and shopping surrounds the accommodation.The sweltering 80–90 Paris weather was made bearable by a portable air conditioning unit and an additional fan.The entrance door was a bit offputting, situated tightly between two bars/restaurants, and there was renovation work going on within other units in the building, which created lots of dust along the staircase, but there is new carpeting on the stairs and the top floor where we stayed was clean and cool with the windows open.The check-in procedure and communication with Orlande was always quick and efficient, and we could reach her via WhatsApp if we needed anything.There were two toilets but only a sink and shower in one of the two toilet rooms. There was only one mirror, which was located over the sink in the main bathroom. A second wall mirror and sink in the second toilet room would have been nice, since there were four of us getting dressed at the same time. There was a small, round, portable mirror with magnification on one side, which came in handy.I recommend this VRBO.

Perfect stay in Paris

This Vrbo was spacious, well supplied with cooking gear, and an incredible location! The location was very central, and right next to the metro. The lighting was good and high ceilings made the place feel open. It was the perfect place for my friends and I on our visit to Paris😁

Location was excellent. I knew there were lots of stairs and it was only a challenge getting my luggage up them when we arrived. We were so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Property team was responsive when we needed a few things. Would go back there again!

Great location for bars, restaurants and shopping centre with metro. Multiple flights of steep stairs, which is ok for adults but not for anyone with mobility issues. Note the air conditioner is a portable unit requiring window to be left open during operation. Overall okay apartment in fantastic location.

Tidy, well equipped apartment in great location

Great place in a perfect location

This place was excellent. The location literally could not be better and it was clean and so comfortable. I enjoyed the truly Parisienne experience of staying in a 1st arrondissiment flat - it is on the top floor so others may not be thrilled with the stairs, but it posed no chdd add llrmgw for us. Great host, very responsive.

Great location with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay on Paris. The appartment is in the attic of a pre-1800 building. It is well equipped, roomy, and close to transport and restaurants. We found the upper appartment quite warm during the abnormally hot September week were there, but the provided fans and portable air conditioner helped keep things under control. The appartment is up 8 flights of stairs, so be warned if you're travelling with excessign luggage.

Best location possible

The location was everything!! Super central, so many restaurants, so close to 3 metro stops, this place had it all. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel, this is a cozy, homey place with a big kitchen, perfect for a family of 5. It was tight for space because all 3 kids wanted to sleep in seperate beds and we were so fortunate that there were extra beds. Our main bedroom for us parents was spacious and it was no refreshing to be able to have a seperate space from our kids. And it was surprisingly quite at night even though we were situation in the hub of Paris. This was such a gem of a place, we’re sad to say goodbye!

Central location with plenty of room and a great cross breeze

I used to stay exclusively on the left bank but the last two years I’ve stayed near Les Halles and it really is the most central location. There are plenty of metro possibilities and the neighborhood is quite lively. The apartment was also the largest we’ve ever had as a family of four and it was nice to have a second toilet. There were also plenty of windows for cross ventilation. The only drawback might be that it’s on the 4th floor without an elevator which could be a challenge for some.

Mouse infestation

The property was just as listed and in a very convenient location but unfortunately we had a problem with mice. The owner was difficult to contact to remedy the issue and we finally had to have VRBO intervene. The owner sent his cleaning lady and then a young man who took a small can of foam that was sprayed in the corner of the bathroom. No exterminator was ever sent No traps were ever put out to catch mice. No follow up was ever done by the management. We were left dealing with mice night after night until we left. I am certain that the next renter will have the very same problem. It was a horrible experience.

Convenient Apartment in Les Halles

Owners/manager super accommodating to our request to leave our luggage early, and very friendly. Apartment was clean, and as advertised. My comments: I think that it would be nicer if there was better seating in the main room. It was awkward to sit there, but I understand that for the owners, it is important to be able to move the table to be able to use the couch as a bed. The other comment is about the lighting on the stairs up to the apartment, which may be beyond the owners’ control, but visitors should be aware of the lack of lighting. Overall, the apartment is easily accessible from the Marais or Les Halles, and comfortable for a couple or two. Thank you!

Central location

This is a good location for walking or public transportation. It is a short walk to The metro and RER. Les Halles has more of an American mall vibe than shopping other areas that feel more French. It wasn’t hard to reach those other quaint walkable areas. The 100 stairs up and down were not really that big of a deal, except hauling luggage. Also, the lower levels were dark at night so i needed my phone flashlight to negotiate sthe stairs. The apartment itself has a good amount of natural daylight. They supplied shampoo, hair dryer, plenty of pots and pans, dishes. There was ample storage and a nice sized dinner table. It was very clean.

Great central location and views!

Good sized space with everything you need. Several terraces right outside, this place is on the top floor of a beautiful old building. Easy access to everything. The 101 steps are something to be aware of, but offer lovely views and you can fall asleep at night to the pleasant buzz from the terraces far below
