Nestled at the end of a secluded road on the border of Lovedale, and backing onto Werakata National Park, 'Road's End' is the perfect spot to unwind and celebrate life, with everything you could possibly want for a weekend away at your fingertips.
While you will feel alone in the wilderness, your minutes away from everything the Hunter Valley has to offer, with winding country roads lined with tasty eateries and small, boutique cellar doors, so you can meet the owners and enjoy a more personal experience, while tasting local wines and gourmet snacks.
There are also galleries to explore, of you can go horse-riding, hot-air ballooning or take a cooking class with a local chef.
It’s no wonder the area is a favourite wedding destination, with couples getting hitched in cute chapels or outdoors among the vines.
Our house is perfect for family and friends get togethers of all sorts!
SECURITY:
We have security cameras monitoring the external areas of the property for security purposes.
Please note that usage of play equipment is at the risk of guests, and children must be supervised at all time.
There is a water dam in the front paddock, please keep small children away.
GUEST NUMBERS:
Please ensure you have the correct guest numbers so that we can provide enough linen/towels.
There is a 50/person/night charge for all guests after the first 14 guests. This is already included in the price, unless there’s changes to the initial enquired guest numbers.
NOISE:
This is a strict no party house. We understand that every group is different, but we do not make exceptions.
The property is in a Environmental Conservation Zone area and council regulates outside noise, to ensure the valley stays quiet and neighbors aren’t disturbed. Although this is a large property, sound travels and is amplified in the valley.
Please keep in mind:
- There is no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time.

We use NoiseAware technology to monitor the decibel levels outside the house.
In cases of noise complaints that are not addressed on request, we reserve the right to use contracted security patrol cars to remove all guests from the premise mid-stay with no refund.
Arriving at the property: Access is via a 2km single-lane unpaved road, which children use to ride their bikes on occasion, please be considerate of our neighbours and limit your speed to 40km/hr and be on the lookout for potential pedestrians.
