Rosedale Estate ist wunderschön mit Häuschen Rosengarten, Gemüsegarten, einem großen eingezäunten Damm und Rotunde angelegt.

Hell und geräumig mit hohen Decken, Klimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren und Verbrennungsöfen. Ein riesiger Esstisch ist der Mittelpunkt für eine großartige Nacht mit gutem Essen und Lachen. Das Rosedale verfügt auch über einen fantastischen Unterhaltungsbereich im Freien mit Grill, Pool und Kinderspielgeräten. Wenn Sie ein Wochenende mit der Familie oder Freunden verbringen möchten, können Sie hier mehr unternehmen.

The amenities were great. The kids loved the pool, collecting eggs each day, outdoor games and picking the fruit and vegies. However, the outdoor furniture was dirty on arrival which we had to clean before using, and the main ensuite was not properly prepared for guests, as the toilet was still soiled.

We loved Lovedale

Rosedale estate was set on beautiful landscapes gardens with a vegetable garden, chicken coup and pool. The location was great and close to wineries.

Great weekend

Rosedale Estate offered everything we wanted. A large kitchen, nice rooms for a big group, a BBQ and entertainment. The kids loved the pool and play ground the adults enjoyed the outdoor area, the fresh eggs and all the space. We had a great time. Thank you

Family time

Rosedale Estate was perfect for a family get together to celebrate a birthday. It catered superbly for age range from 3 yrs to over 60s. The kids loved the play area, the tyre swing and collecting eggs from the hens for their breakfast. We made a huge roast lunch in the superbly equipped kitchen and loved the wood burning fires in the 2 lounges. Can definitely recommend this property all year round.

Excellent Extended Family Stay

Wonderful relaxing few days away with the family. Sasha & John are an absolute credit to the company. When we woke up to no power and water, they went above and beyond the call of duty. The boys loved the pool and collecting fresh eggs each morning. Thank you for having us! Would highly recommend this property!

Our Daughters Wedding

We have a fairly large family and were keen for us all to stay together for our daughters wedding. There were 17 of us, the property was excellent for such a large group. There was a great kitchen and dining set up where we spent most of our time if we were not outside enjoying the view. We had an lovely weekend.

Comfort, style and space

Correspondence with staff was excellent. A minor error with bedroom numbering system on website, and a hiccup with departure date. Kitchen was well equipped, with fantastic fridge. Lovely fresh eggs daily, herb garden and a bottle of wine and Easter chocolates on arrival. A great house for a family group.

Absolutely Amazing Homestead Experience

??“We had a wonderful time at Rosedale Homestead. And my group were thoroughly impressed that the chickens gave us 13 eggs, and not the 2 or 3 that we were told to expect. Having a comfy bed for each of us was lovely and even those that didn't have an ensuite to their room were still super impressed with the entire home. I must mention that stunning dining table was a big hit and served us well at our dinner & breakfast feasts.”

Great house for large groups

Had a lovely girls weekend away here! The property is nice! It’s right on the main road, but wasn’t too noisy as it’s not a busy road. Chickens and veg patch were a lovely addition, nice to have fresh eggs in the morning and the tomato’s were delicious! The pool was so lovely, esp in the afternoon when it’s not in direct sunlight! Although you could smell wafts from the septic tank. A guy unexpectedly showed up to fix it, which wasn’t communicated to us, but didn’t really seem to help. Was only every now and then though, so not a big deal and probably due to the very hot day! Aircon is only in some rooms, not working in kitchen/dining so it was a little hot with cooking/dining but otherwise the house was super comfy and accommodating for large groups! We forgot toilet paper, and they were kind enough to drop some to us! Overall a lovely stay! Recommend spending a weekend away here for sure! Communicating with Steph at Hunter Valley stays was great, she was prompt and very helpful!

SIBLINGS WEEKEND

Each year around early November our siblings group tries to find a sizable place to stay for the weekend to catch-up and simply chill out together. This year’s stay has been agreed as one of the best. With 11 people finding 7 bedrooms with a reasonable number of bathrooms is always an issue. Having 4 en-suites and 2 other bathrooms was the bonus. Add to that the well maintained surrounds and the popular pool it was easy to make the decision. While our stay is not usually in the same place twice we are always on the lookout for a property within 4 hours of Sydney and within reasonable reach of those are country residents. The Hunter Valley region gave us more external activities than ever before and our two full days here have been relaxing and enjoyable. We would like to thank the owners for their generosity in making available their vegetables garden and the chicken coop eggs. No that’s a bonus that isn’t in any advertising and surprised and delighted us on arrival. The icing on an already wonderful cake.

Golf trip

great quiet spot, nice large house for big families or friend groups, isolated from the neighbours so absolutely zero noise from anyone. would recommend and stay again.

Great place to relax with friends

There was 14 people stay and we took advantage of the fresh veggie patch and fresh eggs from the chickens . Well done Rosedale Estate . Definitely stay again .

Clean and great location.

The property was great! All rooms were clean and well appointed. We had a great stay over a weekend and having fresh eggs each day was a treat.

Cottage feel with room to move

“Rosedale Estate was perfect for our annual Hunter Valley trip. We are two families with grown up (married) children and this property suited us well (6 couples). We were able to dine together easily and it was lovely to have a bathroom for each couple too! Very happy with our stay and the booking process was easy and straightforward.”

Country Style

A great venue for our party . Plenty of room ,a great pool ,fabulous vege garden + chooks .Comfy rooms and facilities. Late night dinners ,star gazing and sleep ins ...a great place ...Oh and close to lots of wineries and activities.

Lovely gardens good layout of house

House was a good layout and plenty of bathrooms. Gardens were lovely. Only disappointment was the spa was not hot. Otherwise perfect
