Create wonderful memories with friends and family in this spacious and modern villa situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Hunter Valley.

Equipped with six spacious bedrooms, each containing comfortable luxury mattresses, it welcomes a merry group of fifteen. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony which overlooks the open backyard and faces the breathtaking mountain view. The master bedroom also houses a relaxing spa bath and water heater. The three lounges make for great social set pieces, whether that’s coffee and conversations, or footy and food, the lounge has it all.

The backyard sets the stage for the perfect barbecue and get-together. Accompanying the great open backyard is a swimming pool.

Within a half an hour drive, world class restaurants, wineries, the Hunter Valley Gardens and so much more are ready to be experienced, with hot air balloon rides and private helicopter tours, there is something here for everyone.

Awesome getaway!

A truly amazing, spacious and comfortable place to stay for a relaxing weekend getaway. Breathtaking views and so much more! The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing stay with plenty of rooms and hang out areas for large groups. Kitchen was big and open with good pots and pans for cooking. Beds were very comfortable including linen and towels. All amenities were of extremely high cleanliness. Central heating was very effective and was very warm even for such a big place. We had an issue with the hot tub but Anman had it fixed very quickly and communication was outstanding. He was very lovely to deal with and we really appreciated his willingness to assist for a great stay. Very luxe and would definitely stay again!!

Overall was ok, plenty of space but some wear and tear in the house. Some areas a bit messy with things around, like the games room and laundry. Garden isn’t that well kept, synthetic grass path leading to the pool was worn out and poses as trip hazards. Spa was good.

Fantastic Getaway with Neighbors to Consider

Our stay at this holiday house was amazing! The location was stunning, and the place was spotless with different sections, including a spacious living، bedrooms and kid-friendly areas. The outdoor spa was a highlight. However, the close proximity of sensitive neighbors was a drawback, as background noise led to complaints. Nonetheless, the owner was friendly and accommodating, making it a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Highly recommended!

Bellbird Stay

We had a fantastic week, there was ten of us. Plenty of areas for large numbers to do their own thing. The curtains in the downstairs bedroom off the kitchen were hanging off the pole which needs attention and the cream carpet was quite stained but on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed the house and was good value.

Hi there , I just wanted to let you k ow we had a great weekend spending quality time with our family and of course celebrating our queen my mother . The house was grand, so very big so thank you. Sadly though we did have some concerns a problems whilst we were there . It would seem there are quite few things requiring maintenance. Unfortunately the lawns were overgrown , it took a couple of hours to eventually be able to open the two sliding doors n the kitchen/family room as it seems the wheels on the doors are gone or definitely need some oil on them . Not sure of the house has been sprayed on a while but just to give you the heads up there were several big spiders. People enjoyed the spa until they got out and everyone was itchy despite having a shower . Jewellery was tarnished and clothes were bleached because there was way too much chlorine on the spa. Some of the curtains are broken and couldn’t be closed properly . I really disliked having to complain the lady who is the owner was so lovely and the house is great for a group booking but just disappointing that it seems to need a bit of maintenance . I’m not sure if it is the agency managing the property is not feeding back to the owner because the photos were different to the actual condition of some parts of the house . Happy to have a conversation if you like . We did still have a beautiful weekend. We really appreciated the early check in and late check out though.

Awesome, very spacious and every thing you could possibly need to make your stay very comfortable.

A great property for a get together. Pool and spa was great. Pool table was also a hit. A great to place to stay if you want a base to explore the area. Big dining table seated us all. Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need. Extra Tvs were very welcomed from the little ones. We visited the Hunter Valley Xmas Lights on Saturday night but unfortunately there was a big thunderstorm 40 mins after we entered and the park had to be officially closed. After it was officially closed we were able to get re entry tickets and hang on to ride tokens. Highly recommend . Thanks for our wonderful stay.

Lovely home however could be cleaner. We loved the pool & spa & general layout of the house. The BBQ needs repair with 1 burner not working & hinge on lid missing. We had a fantastic weekend staying here

Lovely place .

The house was beautiful but some the gardens needed a bit of care, also bit of rubbish out the side. Also back sliding door didn't lock Up stairs tiolet is blocked Some of the curtain fixtures had been ripped from the wall ,in some of the rooms. But other wise is was a lovely place and would rent it again thanks.

Beautiful Home

Our experience with this beautiful home in Bellbird was so beautiful the view itself was imaculate , came with a family of 13 with 10 Adults and 3 children’s the home itself catered for everyone’s needs with a theatre room which was good nice and big for the family to come around and sit and watch movies and play games aswell with the pool table for the adults to play and hangout , although the weather was cold and windy the pool was beautiful but the spa was nice and hot during our stay because of how cold it was , neighbour’s were very friendly and welcomed us on our arrival which made our stay even better although we didn’t wanna leave today our awesome host let us stay an extra hour but we had fun was such a great experience and we thank Anm for being the greatest host and always replying back when we needed to ask for things even on his busy schedule he was always so helpful and asking if everything was ok definitely recommend for anyone or everyone it was honestly worth the money because the home and the view speaks for itself thank you again Anm x

Stunning veiws with a short drive to the bestvineyards!

The veiw is breathtaking, building is nice with plenty of space for everyone. Hot tub and the pool are just superb eventhough the weather wasn't great during our stay. Pool table kept the men busy and entertained as well! What really stands out is the owner, very prompt and accommodating which made the check in and check out so easy and hassle free! We would come back for sure.

Awesome stay!

Both the property and the hosts were outstanding. The facilities are great, the view is breathtaking and you get a real private wine country feel at the property. The host was extremely flexible and accomodating to all our requests. Highly recommend this stay.

Great for a big family stay in the Hunter

Plenty of space for everyone (13). Very well equipped kitchen. Great multiple lounge options . Full laudrey. 2.5 bathrooms was good. Spa was nice and hot and ready to go. About 20 mins to main wineries in the Hunter. Located in a suburban street but very private and farmland behind. Good communication with owner. Wifi password is located on router in first downstairs bedroom on the right. Would recommend for large groups

Golfing weekend to the hunter
