A bright spacious pool home with hot tub and games room located within the delightful Hampton Lakes community, less than 25 mins from Disney. The home features a private south facing pool deck, and has recently been repainted plus new plank flooring installed.



The sun-lit the living area has comfortable seating, large screen Roku TV and looks out to the pool. The large kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family and includes breakfast bar seating for both adults and kids. There is a formal dining area to share a meal together towards the front of the home.



The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden bathtub. Also downstairs is a sophisticated tropical-feel queen bedroom with its own ensuite.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms located upstairs. A sports themed room includes a bunk bed and single bed. The princess room has two twin beds. The Minions room includes a queen bed and its own bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs.



The private pool area faces south and enjoys the Florida sunshine throughout the day. There is a table and chairs to dine outdoors. Relax on the lounge chairs or splash around in the crystal clear pool, then sink into the bubbling hot tub as the sun goes down. Pool/spa heat available at an additional cost.

BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

High speed internet is included. There is a washer and dryer for guest use.



The home is located within Hampton Lakes, a popular community boasting shimmering lakes and extensive lawns. Guest facilities include tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball and children’s playground. The community is located on Hwy 27 in between Hwy 192 and I4. Disney World is just 20-25 minutes drive, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
