Welcoming Cranmore Birches townhouse located in North Conway, NH, just around the corner from Cranmore Mountain and downtown North Conway. This tri-level vacation home offers a great open concept living space making this the perfect place to gather with family and friends. The main level consists of the kitchen, dining area, living room with beautiful stone fireplace (Duraflame logs ONLY) and bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a loft with seating area and bedroom with queen bed and TV. Make your way downstairs where you will find a bedroom with 2 twin size bunk beds, bedroom with queen size bed (fireplace pictured is not available for use), full bath with combination tub/shower and closet with washing machine and dryer.

This well maintained townhouse is just outside the heart of North Conway, around the corner from Cranmore Mountain and convenient to many area attractions like Story Land, Diana's Bath, Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Attitash Mountain and so much more!

LAYOUT:

Main Level: Open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath (shower) and access to back deck.

Second Level: Sitting area with sofa and bedroom with queen size bed.

Lower Level: Bedroom with 2 twin size bunk beds (sleeps 4 total), bedroom with queen size bed and full bath (combination tub/shower) and stackable washing machine and clothes dryer.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet, flat screen TVs, fire place (Duraflame Logs ONLY), gas grill and deck with outdoor dining furniture. *Summer only - One 12000 BTU window unit air conditioner in the living room*

Available for weekend and weekly rentals during the Spring, Fall and winter, 3 night minimum during the Summer.

** Note: It’s important to remember to bring sheets and towels based on your bedding and bath needs, as we do not provide them. Blankets, comforters, and pillows are supplied at the property. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.**

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for our family of 6! We enjoy the spacious main floor for gathering around the fireplace and family time. We also appreciated that this rental had plenty of space to dry our ski gear and a mud room to corral all our snowy shoes. The townhouse was in good shape and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. We could not get the sauna to work, but that was the only downside of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed this stay and hope to come back next winter!

Amenity not working for the second year in a row.

The property was not plowed or shoveled when we arrived. We had to shovel it ourselves. The sauna, which was a reason for renting, was out of order again (with no notice). There were mice droppings in the pullout couch on the second level, so it could not be used. Other people’s left over food was left in the fridge. Not a stock of firewood or even kindling was on site.
