The space
Landfall Towers is near the bay with great sunsets & a quiet, laid back atmosphere. This 2nd floor efficiency condo (building does have an elevator as well as handicap ramps) & has a small kitchenette ready to prep simple meals & save money. Landfall 22 is perfect for small families or couples with a max of 4 people allowed.

It has a king sized bed as well as a pull out couch as a full size bed, all open to the small kitchenette & living room. There is a private patio with table & chairs perfect to catch bayside sunsets. Onsite parking included along with linens, bedding, towels, & a starter pack of soaps.

The bay affords nice sunset views as the property sits on a channel leading out to the Laguna Madre Bay. For beach lovers, it is but a 2 block walk to the beach, or about 3.5 blocks to Clayton’s Beach Bar, On the Border Mexican Cantina, or Bar Louie on the ocean.

This older efficiency condo like this one is similar to an oversized hotel room with kitchenette & full bath. There is not a separate bedroom as it is all combined into one big room as efficiencies are. Small fridge, burner & microwave is ready for you. Our office is located as South Padre Trips at 3800 Padre Blvd, open 7 days a week 9:30 am to 5 pm

South Padre Short Term Rental license available upon request. Please read and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking. Once booking is made, guests must choose between a USD 59 damage coverage protection plan policy OR a USD 500 refundable damage deposit your choice. This is due after booking is made and NOT included in the initial price. You must also agree to a digitally signed docusign rental agreement with a pic of their photo ID attached to age verify. Please contact us prior to booking if questions. As we do have a strict cancel policy, this is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund.

Guest access
We use an electronic door code system that is set unique for each guest. You must have submitted either the USD 59 damage cover protection plan via the airbnb resolution center prior to check in OR a USD 500 refundable damage deposit as well as a signed docusign rental agreement prior to arrival. This is not optional.
