Alle modernen Geräte / Funktionen und aktualisiert, luxuriös eingerichtet, um Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel und helfen fühlen Sie sich verwöhnen. Wachen Sie jeden Morgen von Ihrem privaten Balkon aus zu einem atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang über dem Golf auf. Das beruhigende Geräusch von Meereswellen wiegen Sie schlafen in der Nacht und Becon Sie an den Strand während des Tages. Die Tiki-Wohnkomplex verfügt über 2 große Pools, die von üppiger Landschaft im Winter und sind umgeben beheizt werden.

Über 750 Quadratmeter, dieses Haus bietet Platz für eine Familie mit 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 3 kleine Kinder oder 4 Erwachsene sehr bequem). Schlafen Sie bequem in einem Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche und das Bad sind mit schönen Granitplatten und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit den Notwendigkeiten und ist mit Mixer, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Wi-Fi, 2 Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player, Kabel mit HBO- und ESPN-Kanälen, Bettwäsche / Handtücher und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner sind alle in der Wohnung für Ihre Bequemlichkeit zur Verfügung.

The description of the condo was accurate - it is on the beach and had a very good view of the beach and front row for the fireworks. The condition of the property was mostly great, one complaint is that there were what seemed to be bits of chocolate and chocolate cake and in the kitchen and living room floors and counter. Since we had our pup with us that could have been a situation if he had consumed it. Other than that the place was clean, I have anxiety with foreign bathrooms so it was nice to see the bathroom nicely cleaned.The condo smelled clean upon entering and remained smelling fresh for our stay.The bed on the other hand was not the most comfortable, it felt like it had seen better days and could do with a fresh mattress. When you lay on it you just sink in to the forms that other bodies have made over time (not great) It took us about 2 days before our bodies accepted that it had no other choice for rest plus we were tired from not sleeping and the beach activities. Bill and Barb were very responsive and even accommodated our request, cancel and re-request for an extra day :)Overall it was a good experience and we will stay at this condo again (with newer mattress) if we decide to visit SPI in the future.

The condo is clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. It’s a great location, and easy walking distance to the beach. The dehumidifier made the apartment so much more comfortable as it was humid during our visit. They have a washer/dryer as well. There is one rub - the Courtyard Marriott that is next to the building has a huge covered, open air pavilion/bar where a DJ pumps - who is set up almost right across from our balcony - pumps loud music incessantly. We got there Friday afternoon - music was playing and went till 10 pm. It started again on Saturday after lunch and went till 11 pm. Sunday it went to 9 pm. This would be great if you want to toddle home from a bar every night. This is a really nice condo, it truly is “best in class” and maybe the Courtyard Marriott doesn’t do that all year. Dang shame when you just want to enjoy wave sounds.

First time staying at this condo, but second year renting from Bill and Barb. Bill and Barb are always very attentive about responding to questions. Their condos (3 properties at the tiki) are newly remodeled, clean and steps away from the beach. Thank you, Bill and Barb for always making our stay so pleasant.

This was perfect for our stay! My kids had fun staying at a different place and loved the pool. The kitchen had pots and pans and everything we needed lovee it! The only thing that i was worried about was everything was glass and with toddlers i was like oh no but i was able to buy some plastic cups for them . The beach was in walking distance we loved that!!

Property itself was great, other than neighboring bar noise

This would be a 5 star review if it had not been for the location of the condo. The balcony, which faces Bar Louie, is only a stone throw away. The condo itself was clean and well kept, owner was great with communication and it was comfortable during the day. However, the bar noise from the DJ on Friday and Saturday night was vibrating through the walls and the balcony was not usable due to the noise. I'd recommend this for a young couple that is interested in the bar scene and doesn't mind the noise, but for a family with a young child, I would suggest looking at a different location. It's unfortunate that the condo owner has to have this right next door to their location.

Great location

This unit faces the hotel next door which is quite noisy when they have entertainment, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that you don’t hear a thing when the patio door is closed so it was never an issue. Loved seeing the weekend fireworks show from the balcony. This unit is very nicely furnished and the kitchen has ample dish ware. We enjoyed our stay very much.

5 day vaca on South Padre

Lovely and very clean condo. SPI Excursions was great for snorkeling. And must visit the Bird Sanctuary and see "Big Padre"the huge alligator event! Also enjoy a great dinner at Nautica. A small warning, on a holiday weekend expect very LOUD music from the party bar/pool that plays until midnight.

Perfect for couples

This condo was perfect for me & my husband. We only planned to stay 4 days but ended up staying 1 extra day so wecould actually enjoy the beach. Went the 3rd week of March & it was very chilly. The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Check in was easy & beach was jut a few steps away. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Great place on the beach

Absolutely wonderful! Great place, the condo was excellent, great view from the patio. Kitchen was very well appointed. The owner was easy to communicate with. The Tiki complex is well maintained and they are on top of things. Close to several beach restaurants. We just loved it!

Great Beach Condo!!

My family and I had such a great time in South Padre. We had everything we needed in the condo and absolutely loved the location. Short walk to the beach! This was the perfect place for us. The condo was so clean and comfortable and decorated so nicely. We will definitely be back. The owners have done such a great job with this place. Highly recommend.

Married for 40 years and three kids later, Bill and Barb have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom or dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

We enjoy spending time with our family and friends!

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

We hope everyone who stays in our condo, whether for a few days or months, will leave with the same love for South Padre Island as we have.

We enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Claytons on Friday and Saturday nights (if we chose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools, makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
