SPI City Tax wird aufgrund der Änderung durch den Texas State mit Wirkung zum 1. April 2019 nicht mehr mit der Reservierungszahlung belastet. Daher muss ich bei Buchung von 11% eine zusätzliche Zahlungsaufforderung beifügen. Diese Wohnung im ersten Stock mit einem Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 1-4 oder 5 Personen und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und eine Queensize-Schlafcouch für Lazy Boy im Wohnzimmer. Das Bad hat Handicap-Bars in der Dusche und wurde kürzlich renoviert und aktualisiert. Die Wohnung ist mit Mixer, Topftopf, Zerhacker, Kaffeekanne, Mikrowelle, WiFi, 2 Fernsehern, Kabel mit 6 HBO- und 4 ESPN-Kanälen, neuer Bettwäsche und Badetüchern ausgestattet. Wäschemöglichkeiten sind in der Unterkunft ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich stelle auch einen Wagen zur Verfügung, um Ihre Sachen zum Strand zu bringen, eine Eiskiste, einen Regenschirm, zwei Stühle und Sandspielzeug und Boogie-Bretter für die Kinder. Alles, was Sie mitbringen müssen, ist Badebekleidung, Strandtücher und Essen, um eine wundervolle Zeit im aquablauen Wasser von South Padre Island zu verbringen. Had a wonderful experience while planning this trip. Irma was a pleasure to work with. The condo was even better in person than the photos. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The bedroom had extra blankets and pillows. Nice large bathroom and shower. The WiFi was great, highly recommend the Tiki and this condo. 5 stars for this cute little condo! Great job to the Villarreal family for putting together a perfect retreat for a solo traveler like me (though I could see a couple staying here too.) The place is clean, aesthetic and organized and has everything you could want to enjoy your time at the beach. I worked remotely and enjoyed some free time on the beach and loved that the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, the beach essentials are neatly organized in the closet, the bathroom was remodeled and cute and had towels and other accessories. The dehumidifier really helps keep the condo dry as well, so I never felt moist after my shower or when I’d come back from the beach. My dog was nice and cozy here too! Once I got the WiFi going, I had no issues working remotely throughout the day. The location is spectacular as you are just 1-2 short blocks from the beach entrance, right across from the nature birding center and just up the road are the dunes and adventure park. The strip is right beneath you on the main drag, where you have all the restaurants and shops you could want. 10/10Would stay here again and, especially happy with Irma’s prompt communication and support at any time I needed it! Thanks again!

This condo is refinished beautifully. It's furnished with everything you could ask for in the kitchen and bath. There's a great private patio accessible from the living room and the bedroom. The beach wagon and chairs made getting to the beach simple. Our host was always available and responded very quickly. In addition, we loved the island in general and The Tiki complex for its beauty immaculate upkeep. The activities for winter Texans were an added plus.

This was the perfect location for the things I wanted to on the island. The complex has easy beach access and Turtle Inc and SPI nature center were easy walking distance. The condo had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well stocked kitchen.

Mario and I have been married for 53 years. We were both born and raised in South Texas. We have two wonderful children and six very special grandchildren. In 1972 we moved away from South Texas for 25 years. Those years took us to Houston, Austin, Waco, Guadalajara and Aguascientes. Now we are finally back home to stay! We currently live in Harlingen. We love our home and our neighbors, but we also wanted to spend more time at our South Padre Island paradise. A condo was the perfect solution.

Because we love the beach, we decided to purchase a condo at The Tiki. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The condos are well kept and the complex is beautifully landscaped and includes two gorgeous, heated pools. Our condo is located steps away from the pool but also its location lends itself to all the privacy you could want. The patio is gated for your pet. We welcome the opportunity to share our 'home away from home' with you!

Our condo has been recently renovated. It has a gorgeous modern kitchen with white quartz countertops and comes fully equipped. The living room has a 42” TV . The bedroom has a king size bed, headboard and mattress and the furnishings are modern and well kept. The linens and bedspreads are updated frequently. The room is ample and comfortable. The bathroom is also renovated and the shower is equipped with handrails.
