Nice condo with cold A/C. Proximity to the beach was our biggest thing and this property is right on the water with easy access to the beach each day. Quiet at night and a very well equipped kitchen. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Fantastic stay! Great location with a short walk through the complex to the beach, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was so convenient. Super comfortable and truly perfect for a couple. Hosts were wonderful with communication. 10/10!

Good room has mostly everything you need. Host responds quickly, easy checkin. Quick walk to the beach, clean room and spacious. May want to bring extra TP and trash bags if staying several days.

The condo was right beside the Marriott's pool and party area next door. It was also close to the pool at Tiki condos. Since it was the week of July 4th, loud, late night parties happened for all but 1 night of my stay.

The condo was perfect for our first trip to SPI. The beach was a 2-minute walk from our door. The host even offered us a free extra night since our flight had been delayed a day in Dallas because of storms.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. Great place , clean , had everything we needed plus. Very dog friendly pet area close . right next to pool . Close to beach & Bill the owner was wonderful at communicating with us . Check in process super easy.

Host was great and made it easy. It was very clean and the location and set-up were wonderful. Kitchen nicely equipped and the bed was comfortable. We already reserved the same place for a slightly LONGER stay next year. Very happy.!

Great condo and facility

We had a great time. Condo had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. We loved the pool area and the beach!! Owner was quick to reply to us when we needed to ask him questions. Would definitely stay there again!!

This condo was AMAZING! It was exactly as listed, fantastic location, and one of the best stocked condos I have ever used. We did not hear any outside noise from people coming and going nor from the pool area. The deck had a view of the ocean and was so spacious. The only struggle, if you will, was keeping up with the actual key for entry. We ended up deciding returning it to the lock box each time was our best way to not lose it. With kids, beach gear, cooler, etc trying to keep up with a physical key was a bit stressful. Overall, we can not wait to return to this condo to spend more time in SPI!

Summer Getaway

Our stay was great. The condo was adequate and everything we needed was there. It was my first time to South Padre and we really enjoyed ourself. Would definitely come back.

Relaxing getaway

Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable for a couple. Location was desirable near birding center and other attractions. Grounds well maintained. Nice pool, convenient beach access. Would stay again.

Close to the beach- dog friendly place

We enjoyed how close the place was to the beach. The condo was clean and had a lot of room considering it was a one bedroom. Very clean site and dog friendly. It was great to have a place with a grass area to take the dogs out.
