A short walk from the villa leads you directly onto a beach path that opens to the Atlantic Ocean, making morning walks, beach days, and sunset strolls effortlessly convenient. You’ll also love being within easy walking distance of both Coligny Plaza and the Circle Center—home to over 100 shops, restaurants, and local favorites that make this area one of the most desirable vacation spots on Hilton Head Island.

Inside, the villa has undergone a complete top-to-bottom renovation, with new flooring, furnishings, bathrooms, and a stunning kitchen—all thoughtfully designed with bright, airy coastal style. Nautical-inspired colors, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops create a modern yet relaxed atmosphere where no detail was overlooked and no expense was spared.

The layout is ideal for couples or small families, comfortably sleeping four guests with a King bedroom featuring an en suite bath and a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a full hallway bathroom. Flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room provide plenty of entertainment, while a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area offers additional flexibility.

To make your beach days effortless, the villa includes four backpack beach chairs and a beach cart, so you can be toes-in-the-sand within minutes of arrival. We love to cook and found the kitchen to be well-stocked and a pleasure to cook in. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to the Coligny shops, etc. We loved that it came with bikes and the beach cart!! Note that it's a 2nd floor unit (maybe not so great for folks with mobility issues) and the parking area is a bit of a walk, so I suggest using the provided beach cart when you arrive/depart to transport your things. Also, it overlooks a hotel parking lot, but is largely screened by trees & shrubs. It can be noisy at times though. The community pool is very nice and has both shaded and sunny areas depending on your preference. Highly recommend, especially of you are tired of old, dated units and want something bright and newly renovated.

PERFECT !!

Everything we could of ask for and MORE. Check in and Check out was easy-peasy. The condo was beautiful, and spit spot clean!! The beds were comfy, and showers had great pressure, which we really appreciated, you dont have that often. The location and being able to walk or bike to beach, to Coligny, and grocery store was super convenient. Traveling with an 8 month old and having to bring along so many supplies, it was so nice not to have to pack beach chairs or beach wagon. Everyone at the pool was super nice, basically as I said, it was PERFECT.

Exactly as expected!!

Pictures were spot on!! Pool was lovely. Walk to the beach was a little further than expected but that was my fault for not checking. We had an issue with the slider door. Called the number and Joe was there within a couple of hours and fixed it right up, couldn’t have asked for better service. Definitely recommend!!

Spacious modern accommodations close to everything. We enjoyed riding the bicycle paths all around us as well as on the beach. Beautiful Condo

Great getaway

Property was clean, well stocked, and great location. Decor is very nice. Internet was spotty but we were here between Hurricanes Helene and Milton so may have been reason. Loved it and definitely would stay again.

It is a short walk from the parking lot.Entering the unit on the first day we noted a little musty smell due to the humidity, but once we got the AC running it went away quickly.The until itself had plenty of bath towels, starter toiletries, & hair dryers. The washer and dryer are new & work great. Kitchen is stocked-pots, pans..etc. There were even a few spices. The water from the tap is drinkable, there is a water/ice machine in the fridge. The beds were clean & comfy.The unit does face the parking lot to an adjacent hotel, although the view from the deck is mostly blocked by trees & shrubs. We were a little disappointed by the noise from the parking lot at times, but it wasn't horrible and definitely could have been worse. The included bikes, beach chairs & wagon were great amenities to have. The beach is a short walk or bike ride. The sand on the beach is packed & easy to walk or bike on. Just make sure you exit the beach the way you went in! HHI is FULL of gated communities and it is easy to end up lost in one of these neighborhoods from the beach where some areas lack signs stating you are entering through private access.HHI felt very safe & everyone we met was friendly. We had a great stay at this property & would love to come back again!

There was a problem with the dishwasher but I called the maintenance number and a man came out promptly and fixed the problem. The other amenities were top notch. There was a problem with the sliding glass door which we didn’t address since it was on the 2nd floor at the balcony and didn’t affect us that much. We would definitely stay here again if it is available.

It is a little difficult to locate at first, but is in a well-kept condo community with several first and second floor condos. We had a couple of large suitcases which were a bit of a chore to tote from 5he ample parking area and up the stairs to the unit. It is a quiet community with a lovely centrally located pool. The condo had all the amenities needed. We had a little difficulty locating the beach chairs (in a closet on the outside deck). We didn’t use the four bikes provided, but they are very nice and right at the bottom of the stairs. There is a foldable wagon for toting things to the beach. It is a fifteen minute walk. In my opinion, the walk to Coligny Plaza is a little too far (approximately 30 minutes) on a hot day, so we drove. Overall this is a nice condo in a nice location.

The unit was nicely updated. The bikes were at the unit when we arrived. The beach wagon and chairs came in very handy. Had an issue with the ice machine. Outstanding response by the property mgt group- It was addressed the same day. I would stay here again.
