Take your pick of lounging at the shared pool, just steps from your back patio or head down the walkway to the best strip of beach on the island! Its just a short walk to the Beach club, Fripp shops, restaurants, tennis facilities and much more! This Villa sleeps 6 comfortably and offers 3 full baths!

*The maximum number of cars at the home is 2. Please park in assigned parking lot spaces, do not park on streets or any golf cart designated areas.



The master bedroom located on the second floor boasts a King size bed, private full bath, and sliding doors to a private back deck overlooking the pool and the ocean in the distance. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and catch the sunrise before you start your day. The second bedroom is also located on the second floor, has a private full bath with a walk in shower and a balcony overlooking the beach club.



The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including all of the essentials for cooking and dining in if you choose. Lots of counterspace and storage make it easy to prep any family meal. The dining area comfortably seats six or you can dine alfresco on the lovely outdoor dining area. There is a charcoal grill located on the outdoor patio for your grilling enjoyment . There is also a full bath with a walk in shower on the main level as well.

The living space is comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated and will accommodate the entire family. A large screen smart TV provides the entertainment. The family space extends to the outdoor patio with additional seating and dining space for your enjoyment.

Fripp Island is rich with nature and wildlife and all these things can easily be explored by bike, golf cart, or on foot. This property is located close by all amenities Fripp Island has to offer (i.e Club House, Tennis Courts, Nature Center, etc). Fripp Island is a resort community and use of certain amenities require the guest to have a Resort Guest card. Any guest staying at The Captain John Fripp Villa does NOT need amenity cards to access the communal pool. GUEST CARDS - Guest cards are only needed to access certain amenities on the island (such as the resort pools, golf course and restaurants). You do NOT need a Guest card to access the beach or the community pool at Captain John Fripp Villas "Fripp Tide"- you will need club cards if you wish to use other resort pools on the island. Only those 13 years and older need a Guest Card. Should you wish to purchase cards, please let us know after you have booked the property.
