Each Suite of the Knickerbocker Estate offers:

- 1 Bathroom, with the exception of Suite 8A and AB that share one bathroom

- Electronic lock on each individual suite

- Access to great amenities including: grand outdoor lanai & swimming pool, fully stocked kitchen with appliances, living and dining areas and gas grill. There is a printer available in the common area.

Conveniences include keyless entry, mature Florida landscaping and seclusion; all in the comfort of your Private Country Estate.

Suite does not include a television.

Gas for the BBQ

In the case of single family homes with BBQ grills, there is generally a half tank of gas available. If you run out, please take the local Walmart, gasoline station or hardware store and purchase a replacement tank. If you need a member of our staff to do this for you, there will be a $75 service charge + tax. If you are staying in a condominium, generally the Association will provide gas for the community BBQ.

CAMERA SYSTEM

For the safety and security of all guests, there are various cameras installed throughout the common and shared areas. Cameras are never used inside of the private suites.

**This property runs on a well system and at times the water can have a smell that is unpleasant to some. The water is safe to use.

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.

Discounts can also be made for those paying by eCheck, ACH or wire transfer. At Naples Florida Vacation Homes, LLC we are happy to pass the savings in credit card processing fees along to the consumer.
