Viele Upgrades auf dieser Split-Level-Haus. Es gibt exotische Rosenholz Etagen in den oben und Travertin Fliesen. Ein Outdoor-Wassergarten, Wasserspiele, ein 18 'x 34' grecian Pool mit Springbrunnen, ein Spa, und eine großzĂŒgige Fertiger Deck rund um den Pool fĂŒr die Unterhaltung. Viele Palmen, ObstbĂ€umen, Bougainvillea und blĂŒhenden BĂŒschen zieren das Anwesen. Dieses Haus hat sechs Schlafzimmer, drei BĂ€der und zwei Wohnbereiche.

Dieses Haus ist ideal fĂŒr große Gruppen und / oder Familien. Oder, wenn Sie wollen einfach nur "weg von allem" Dieses Objekt wird Ihnen die PrivatsphĂ€re, die Sie wĂŒnschen, aber behalten Sie immer noch in der NĂ€he der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Golf und Filme. Es war mir wichtig, einen erholsamen und ruhigen Raum zu schaffen. Ich empfinde dies innerhalb der Mauern meines Hauses nicht nur schwingt, sondern darĂŒber hinaus auf die die RĂ€ume meiner GĂ€rten, wie gut! Es hat eine unglaubliche heilende und verjĂŒngende Energie ĂŒber sie.

My sisters and I were very excited to celebrate a new baby in the family and stay in the beautiful home pictured in the VRBO listing. The reality is that is not what we walked into.Immediately in the entrance foyer, there was a dead cockroach, dirty entry rug, and the stairs had debris on them. We continued to find conditions like this with other insects, animal poop, mold in the toilet, insects in the refrigerator and freezer, torn couch cushions and chair, towels and floormats that were ratty and dirty in appearance, remnants in the other toilet, peeling wallpaper, holes in the wall, a toilet paper plugged hole in the side of the tub. We then ventured outside to the space. We were most excited about and found a cloudy pool that had clearly not been cleaned, that we did not feel safe going in. The patio, hot tub, tables and chairs were covered in tree debris and garbage. The dead foliage was not recent, it had clearly been there for weeks if not longer. The "serene pond" was a cesspool of algae that emitted a foul odor. Thankfully, our request for a full refund was immediately granted by the owner.

If you are extremely picky about where you stay maybe this isn’t the best choice for you. The property is beautiful, the house is beautiful, but it is old and it can be seen. Apart from that it is perfect for 12 people, the pool is fantastic as well as the jacuzzi. The house is much bigger than it seems so that was a plus. I wish we could’ve talked a little more with the owner but at the end of the day it wasn’t necessary so it’s fine. If you do stay here mosquito repellent is a must, and pay attention to the labels on the switches because it can and will get confusing. The house is also in a very convenient spot, nothing was too far for my standards atleast.We had the best weekend possible, both in the house and Naples in general. Will be looking forward to booking here again. Thank you Melissa

Pictures online are very outdated. Yard is very overgrown, water was green, screens were missing in sliding doors, property needs some TLC to bring it up to advertised photos. When we got there, pool was green, AC worked off and on all weekend. Owners were responsive to our calls.it could be a great place, just needs some work

Place needs to he better maintained

Location good. Property is large but needs to be better maintained. Pool was in need of cleaning and water felt slimmy. We did not feel comfortable swimming in it. No shampoo, soap in showers, kleenex and extra toilet paper supplied. While this place is reasonably priced, it needs to be better mainrained.

2025 family vacation!

We stayed with our adult children and their partners and 2 grandchildren. The hosts were very responsive and great to deal with. The family enjoyed the pool the entire week. The house and property were very spacious for all of us.

Misrepresentation of property

The inside of the house was outdated but clean, however, if you use the toilet, you needed to have the plunger ready. I had the master bedroom when I sat on the edge of the bed to take off my shoes. I slid right off that’s how bad the mattress was broken down. No hot water to take a shower. It was muggy and hot when we walked into the house and then we saw a sign, don’t turn the air down the compressor will freeze up and then you will have no air conditioning?? The clothes dryer had barely warm not hot air. It took two hours to dry four shirts. Our main issue was with the outside does not look like the picture listed every flower pot outside had nothing but dead plants in them, The chairs cushions were covered with black mold some chairs were chairs were torn there were chair cushions laying in the dirt. Don't look for that Serene waterfall because it is clogged with muck and the water going around It is stagnant, green, mucky looking moss even the canopy over the chairs was loaded with black mold. The pictures online must be from 20 years ago. We left after two nights. The host gave us back a portion of our money, but we’re still missing 2000.Vrbo will not be responsible so when they say book with confidence BEWARE. I have 20 pictures and videos, but I don’t think I’ll be able to post them here. Anyone interested? Let me know I’ll pass them on.

Just what we needed!

A great location, beautiful pool, and enough rooms and size to accommodate our large family group of all ages. The pool was a big hit. It was heated and was cleaned during our stay.The house was very clean but could use some minor repairs/updates, nothing major and nothing that would stop us from staying here again. Overall, a great experience!

We were a football crew of six adults, we liked the close proximity to Paradise Coast Sports complex. We had issues with lightbulbs being out, first floor shower being clogged and a half attached toilet seat (both were fixed but still had a slow drain), and cooking pans and utensils were a smorgasbord of misfits. We were barely there and it served our purpose but we will be looking to stay elsewhere next year.

Seen better days

The property had the allure of faded, in some cases, particularly the gardens and ponds, rotting grandeur. Sorry to say. Positives:Very spacious, lots of rooms, quiet location, good communication from owner, fairly ‘as it looked in the ad’Negatives: Not clean enough, place felt quite grimy, dishes not clean, kitchenware very used (eg Teflon pans scratched, knives with chunks out of the blade, glazed/frosted plasticware glasses - not enough glass ones, dish towels a bit disgusting - washed but one use reactivated grease odour that rained whatever it touched).- Tiles in bathrooms felt very grimy and dirty. Maybe because they were raw rough stone, but didnt feel or look clean at all.Couch cushion upstairs ripped with stuffing coming out. Beds extremely creaky!Stained sheets on two beds downstairs - one quite disgusting- not a great thing to discover when getting into bed in your first night!!- box of mouldy rotting cheese croaissants visible from jacuzzi - which was not filled properly - that slid behind counter overlooked months - weird floodlight on roof of house that flickered as if broken that you could not shut off at night- walls scuffed and grubby- dirty air vents easily noticeable when coming down stairs- climate control set too cold - difficult to change upstairs even with Nest control, slightly unreliable WiFiI could go on. Overall it was way too expensive for what it was.Know what you are getting before you book.

This house is in a great location and close to a lot. The home has good privacy in a nice neighborhood. The home itself is very outdated and in need of a little cosmetic love. The pool was not heated and had a lot of debris at the bottom. Otherwise, place worked for our group, it was a comfortable stay.

We have lived in Naples, FL for 12 years. We have a fountain company and have four children, two of which are grown. We have done a lot of extensive traveling with our family and when we decided to purchase a different home we decided to rent out our old home to fellow travelers. We have always valued being able to rent homes instead of hotels. There is nothing more comfortable than being able to make your family breakfast in the morning. Or being able to have your own special space when traveling and not feel rushed or in the way.

I have a very strong yoga practice. It has been important to me to create a blissful and quiet space. I feel this resonates not just within the walls of my home but, beyond to the the spaces of my gardens as well!

This property, because it was our home, is very special. We have renovated it ourselves, built the pool, water features, and put the gardens in. This is truly a unique property, as, it has been customized for a family in mind. We like our privacy and have tried to landscape in a fashion that gives a person a lot of privacy. We like the location because you truly feel that you are away from it all, but, still can drive within a few minutes to most everything!

It is good to be able to be in close proximity of everything but, still feel that you are in your own private oasis. This home gives you a truly unique perspective of Florida living. You can watch butterflies, birds, and see beautiful and unique plants. We boast a large heated swimming pool with a gorgeous water fall. The stunning ponds with the waterfalls and lotus galore! A truly unforgettable retreat!
