Thank you for your detailed review! We're delighted you enjoyed your stay at our property and appreciate your valuable feedback. Your insights help us continually improve our guest experience. Regarding the blocked rooms, we apologize for any confusion. These rooms are currently unavailable, and our property is accurately advertised as having 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. We value your comments and will take them into consideration to enhance our communication in the future. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back soon!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the home overall. We’d like to clarify that this property is not advertised as having a spa or hot tub feature — the pool is the only amenity offered in the pool area, and it does not include a spa function. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding this. Regarding the electrical load when multiple showers are used at once, this is something we are actively working to improve. While it can occasionally be impacted by simultaneous high water and power usage, we understand how this could be inconvenient and appreciate your patience. We value your comments, as they help us continue improving the guest experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
