Welcome to Knickerbocker Estate, a one-of-a-kind private retreat located in the peaceful surroundings of Golden Gate Estates. Offering exceptional space, privacy, and comfort, this property is ideal for family reunions, golf trips, corporate retreats, sports teams, church groups, and friends traveling together.



Surrounded by mature landscaping and natural Florida beauty, the estate offers a peaceful escape from the busy city while remaining conveniently close to Naples' beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and attractions.



The property features nine private suites, each equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, electronic locks, high-speed Wi-Fi, and private bathrooms. Suites 8A and 8B share one bathroom. Please note that suites do not include televisions.



Guests can gather in the spacious common living areas, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy group dining, relax by the private pool and hot tub, challenge friends to a game of ping pong, or spend the evening around the piano creating lasting memories together.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Knickerbocker Estate, including all suites, the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, pool and hot tub area, outdoor lanai, BBQ area, and all outdoor spaces. This is a private vacation rental reserved exclusively for your group.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM (early check-in available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Enjoy a fully contactless self check-in experience. After booking, you will be asked to provide a photo ID, the names and ages of all guests, and to sign an electronic agreement. Once these steps are completed, we will send you an electronic door code prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Golden Gate Estates is known for its spacious properties, peaceful surroundings, and natural Florida beauty. This unique area offers a private country setting while still providing convenient access to Naples beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is highly recommended. While the estate offers a peaceful retreat away from the city, Naples beaches, golf courses, shopping, dining, and attractions are all within a short drive.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum occupancy is 23 guests. This applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors.

Events, weddings, receptions, large parties, and gatherings are not permitted at this property.

Animal friendly property



RENTAL AGREEMENT

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement for this property.



Animal Fee Disclosure:

We are happy to accommodate animals at select properties, with a tiered pricing structure starting at $25 per animal, per day + tax. The fee decreases for longer stays, providing a more affordable option the longer you remain. This add-on fee can be paid after reserving your stay.

Please note that animals are accepted at the discretion of management. If you plan to bring a service animal, please ensure you are booking an animal-friendly property. Some of our third-party property owners may have severe allergies to animals.

If you're uncertain about which property is best for you or if you have specific needs regarding animals, our portfolio includes other suitable animal-friendly options. Please reach out to us for assistance or any further questions.

In compliance with Florida law, we welcome service animals that are individually trained to assist individuals with disabilities. If you will be traveling with a service animal, please inform us ahead of time so we can accommodate your needs appropriately.



POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER

Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee.

The pool will not be heated unless this option is purchased, and if selected, pool heat must be added for all nights of the reservation.

Due to noise and neighborhood regulations, the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool. While we hope for warm weather, we cannot predict or guarantee weather conditions during your stay, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather.

We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you choose to purchase this add-on.

The cost is $60 + tax per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat after arrival, the cost is $100 + tax per day.

HOT TUB

Please note that the hot tub is connected to the pool heating system and will not heat unless pool heating has been purchased.



CAMERA SYSTEM

For the safety and security of all guests, cameras are installed throughout certain exterior and common areas of the property. Cameras are never located inside private suites or interior living spaces.



WELL WATER NOTICE

This property operates on a private well system. At times, guests may notice a naturally occurring odor in the water. The water remains safe for normal household use.



ID VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER

To ensure the safety and security of our guests and partners, a valid government-issued ID must be provided after making a reservation. As part of the verification process, guests will also be required to provide their credit card details.
