WELCOME TO SHADY PALMS RETREAT! This stylishly appointed, newly renovated pool home is just 10 minutes from white sand beaches and the heart of Olde Naples.

Extensively renovated and professionally furnished with new designer décor ready for you to enjoy. The open, single-level floorplan flows effortlessly between interior spaces and meets all modern living and entertaining expectations. The dual master suites are on opposite sides of the home, and each includes private master baths and expansive closets. The second master suite has its private entrance providing maximum privacy for visiting guests or two couples renting together. The additional two guest bedrooms share a hall guest bathroom. ALL FOUR BEDROOMS HAVE KING-SIZE BEDS, LUXURY BEDDING, AND NEW WALL-MOUNTED SMART TVS.

The living room has a large leather sectional, 65’ SMART TV preload with all popular streaming apps (Netflix, Peacock, Hulu, etc.) Just log in with your credentials and watch your favorite shows and movies. There are also two club chairs in an area off the living room called the "The Lounge." It provides excellent conversational seating that must be experienced to appreciate!

The three sets of pocket sliding doors open onto the lanai from the living room, dining room, and one master suite. Indoor-Outdoor living at its finest! You will spend hours enjoying the fully screened lanai with a heated pool, spa, outdoor grill, and new fire table.

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked! I enjoy cooking and entertaining, so I have equipped the kitchen as I would for myself. As a result, you can enjoy quiet dinners for two or impress guests while entertaining. The kitchen includes new, high-end appliances, quartz countertops with bar seating, and a large pantry for food storage. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the refrigerated wine and beverage bar. I have provided all the assorted glass and plasticware for preparing your favorite vacation beverages.

Today, a "work from home" space is a must! The built-in desk, office chair, and multi-function printer/scanner provide the space to do as little or as much "work" as needed. In addition, the Starlink Satellite WIFI is super fast and will handle any connectivity needs you may have.

The ample dining room is ideal for daily dining and spaciously accommodates six for more formal entertaining. In the dining buffet cabinet, I have provided an assortment of serving bowls, plates, and display trays that should accommodate all your needs.

If you are traveling with infants or toddlers, we can supply a pack-n-play and a high chair upon request. We do not leave these at the home unless requested, so please requested to the time of booking.

Mature palm trees pepper the ½+ acre grounds (thus the name Shady Palm Retreat) along with other tropical foliage. A perimeter fence secures the property's rear portion, making it a safe place for dogs to roam. Inquire about bringing your pet, and I will provide you with our commonsense pet rules.
