Standard sleeping arrangements are as follows, however we can discuss adding a blow up bed/mattress to any bedroom to help accomodate your number of guests (upon approval)

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and main bathroom.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (low to ground bunk, great for young kids)

Bedroom 3 (downstairs): 2 King Single beds

All living spaces, kitchen etc are downstairs.

Fantastic cafes and a shopping centre are just a few minutes walk away (or you can use the excellent coffee grinder and machine in the kitchen!).
