Dieser makellos präsentierte Ort wurde in den 60er Jahren erbaut und wurde gerade komplett renoviert. Es ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, um Ihren Aufenthalt einfach zu gestalten. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Es werden reine Steppdecken aus australischer Wolle und 100% reine Sheridan-Bettwäsche aus Baumwolle verwendet. Das Queen-Bett bietet eine feste Matratze von Sealy, die Komfort und Unterstützung bietet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, eine Dusche und beheizte Handtuchhalter. Die Toilette ist vom Badezimmer getrennt.

Der Tor zu Manly, National Park & CBD, dieser tadellos präsentierte, geräumige und lichtdurchflutete Ort, liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen von Bäumen gesäumten Straße. Es liegt in der Nähe von Bussen in die Stadt und Chatswood (Zuglinie North Shore). Machen Sie Ihren morgendlichen Spaziergang im Garigal National Park Bush Land (Great North Walk, 250 Meter), zum Flat Rock Beach (400 Meter) im Middle Harbour und genießen Sie die einzigartige und beeindruckende Vielfalt an lokaler Flora und Fauna sowie häufig vorgefundener Wildtiere wie Kookaburras, Kakadus und Loriketten in der Umgebung.

Nur 10-15 Minuten Fahrt von den nördlichen Stränden Sydneys (einschließlich Dee Why Beach und Manly Beach / Corso / Ferry) sowie den gut erreichbaren Buslinien von Sydney und Chatswood ist eine zentrale und günstige Lage.

My parents had a wonderful stay at this property while they were visiting me in Sydney. The owner was especially lovely and very considerate throughout their stay - nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were great and the location perfect as easliy located to public transport. They will be coming to stay again!

Great little place

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, this older style apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The host was very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.

Great Accomodation

This property was perfect for the boys to come home to each night after long days working. It was great proximity to Manly and surrounds and is well appointed and very clean and tidy. Everything You Need

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'My Place'. It has storage space, all the appliances you need, very clean and very comfortable beds. It is in a quiet area - an oasis from the hustle and bustle. Good bus access to Manly or Chatswood, walk to shop for essentials and cafes. Would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful Retreat

The property was very well kept and clean. The host was very helpful, kind and friendly. She always had solutions to any issues we had during our stay. Overall it is located in a peaceful neighbourhood of Sydney with bustling suburbs like Chatswood only a 15 minute drive. Would definitely recommend Ping's property.

Lovely quiet area close to shops and northern beaches

property was very clean and good for short or slightly longer stay. Need a car to reach public transport but small group of shops close by. Good sized bathroom, separate toilet. Street parking. Used as between selling and buying new property so not as a tourist as such. Quick drive to city or to Chatswood, beaches etc. Hostess, Ping, was very obliging and helpful.

We were in between leaving our old house and moving into our new apartment. The part house rental was good for this purpose and Ping allowed us to store half a dozen pot plants in her garden. However we were only provided with 1 key and a key safe which was a constant irritation as we have 2 cars and go out separely. Ggv 1 key

Julie did this review in retaliation. She didn't request for an additional key until two days before leaving and her husband lost the original key temporarily. Her husband knocked on my door on number of occasions aggressively demanding for immediate addressing issues such as new batteries for the tv remote. It made me uncomfortable on occasions I was in bathroom and he won't stop banging on my door till I open it. I sent her a polite request after several incidents like that to ask her text me if they need anything so it gaff me time to address what they needed. After her review I texted her about my disappointment, she wrote back "you made him feel very unwelcome.".. it's a two person stay but I had to wash every piece of fabrics as they somehow took out all beddings and used or not used on the bed when they left, piled on the beds .. took me two days to go through the washings. I didn't charge extra nor I wrote a bad review for her as I understand moving is stressful. No, your husband is not welcome to knock on my door at all hours of day. Sorry!

Lovely location

Ping was a great host, strong communication and courteous. The flat suited our purposes, and was in a lovely spot. Only ‘issues’ as such are that the lounge furniture was not exactly comfortable, so relaxing of a night before bed was less great. And the bedrooms were comfortable but could do with a deep vacuum clean. I ended up vacuuming as the dust was a bit much. Rest of the flat was spotless and overall we were happy.

1stly - location, primo spot out and away from Sydney CBD but necessary for our need's that were met.2ndly - the amenities within that were available on hotel level without the extra costs.3rdly - sharing of her garden produce.Great Home away from home.However,We were aware of your desire for being nonsmokers that make's sense. However, it wasn't apparent that incense caused you headaches etc that you requested us to desist.This I felt should've been made known along the nonsmokers alert as we'd have looked elsewhere where the host/owner wasn't on-site.As for the request of parking on the street, I feel is an insult considering of our paying for the work's.However, Sydney holidaying accommodation does this whether airport or bnb.I now realised I need to be proactive in checking out accommodation in future, words for the wiser.

We had a lovely stay here, there was everything we needed for a two week stay. Ping was a thoughtful host and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Location is great for people who prefer to be somewhere a little quieter, but with bus routes a 2 min walk away. Beds were comfortable and the flat was very clean. Had all amenities you could need (ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum etc) and kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent spot!

This rental suited us perfectly as a family of 4 needing short-term accommodation in between moving houses. Ping is a super host, doing everything she can to ensure our comfort and sharing her gardening knowledge with our kids who were very excited to learn everything they could about her amazing edible garden. The house is short walk from a stunning local beach too!

Very clean place in good location

My elder relatives stayed in the property for three weeks from January to February 2020. The place is located towards tip end of the peninsula with two bedrooms, bathroom etc. as advertised. It is spacious and very clean with modern appliances in the kitchen and living area. The public bus stop for access to the shops, city and beaches is a 5 mins walk. The neighbourhood is very quiet and leafy. The owner lives in the same building so any issues can be quickly resolved.

4 of us stayed at this property. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is very good. Convenient to everything while quiet and secluded. Very clean and convenient

My partner and I stayed at this lovely place for a week during a work trip. This property is very spacious with a large bathroom and separate toilet and is very clean. It is conveniently located not far from shops and Garigal National Park. Excellent phone and internet reception (which surprisingly is very random in Sydney). We will definitely stay here again if we work that way again.
