3 Schlafzimmer Haus ca. 200 Quadratmeter mit vielen schönen Bambushecken (Grasila, Behada und Ghost Bambus), 5000lit ls Koi Teich, in der Nähe der Stadt, Flughafen, Brighton La Sandstrand, Bahnhof, Transport. Platz für bis zu 7 Personen (3 Queensize-Betten und 1 große Couch). Rauchen erlaubt auf dem Balkon erlaubt, bitte nicht drinnen. Es ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Arncliffe und 10 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr grün mit Pflanzen und Hecken.

Family holiday

Was a lovely place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. Bamboo plant garden is beautiful. The driveway was a bit steep but we all managed it. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We had a great one night stay at Payam's property. The house is beautifully adorned with plants and a few fish friends. Payam was very prompt to respond and had everything we would need for the stay. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay in a very nice location.

We enjoyed our time at the Bamboo House. We were only there for a short time however, the accommodations were lovely and we were very comfortable. The host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay at this location. We had a very early flight, the transfer to the airport was very convenient.

Oasis amongst chaos

One of the best parts of our stay in Sydney was this little gem of a place. Was very relaxing to come back to of an evening, with an hospitable host.

We loved the spacious common area which allows all of us to sit and spend our time together, TV with multi function was super cool, the ensuite bathroom was the best!! We had a little problem in the morning that made us had to check out late but our host was super friendly and allow us more time.. would definitely go back!!

Check in process was made difficult as there were already clients in the property , I had to contact the host ( host did pick up the phone while on a holiday ) to tell the situation , I was asked to tell the people who had occupied the place I had booked into , we had to wait outside till they moved away from my booked place , it has a very steep driveway which is the downside ,good side is the proximity to lots of places around

Hi, Madina, I am really sorry for the incident that was very inconvenience for you. I was at Bali at the time and while the checking in process is very straight forward but in this case the Chinese guests barely knew English and checked in into the wrong place. They checked in an hour earlier than your arrival, so everything was untouched but still a burden. Again, I am really sorry for the inconvenience.

Excellent host

We needed a place to stay close to the airport on our last night as we had a VERY early flight in the morning. Payam was a great host and was so easily to communicate with. — the house wasn’t great for having younger children, as there was a LOT of breakable items around, and I was very nervous about something getting broken (nothing did!) but the kids did love the fish! Easy place to stay for a large party needing to be at the airport — thank you!

Interesting property and interesting stay

Payam is a very nice and helpful guy when he replies about the property. Unfortunately he seems to use airbnb much more than this site so he doesn't necessarily respond to questions timely from here. And then, due to a different miscommunication issue we wound up in a different section of the property than the one we paid for - unfortunately one not quite as nice as the one we paid for. But he had left a bottle of champagne in the fridge for the other paid occupants which i gladly consumed.

I am sorry joel for inconvenience . You can access your check in instructions through conformation email . You Also checked in very early at 10 am while we were preparing the place and assuming that you saw the pictures of the place before and did not complain, meant that the right place for you to me. Even later on at the evening you didn’t complain while the there are very different places. I only realised the mistake at the evening when I checked the other place guests. I am Payam,

I am an entrepreneur who lives and works here in Sydney.

I have a master degree of Animal Genetic which I was graduated long ago and now I am 53 years and about to start my new journey and study master's degree in clinical psychology. I find it that human psychic and the completion is extremely fascinating and want to explore more and help people. We all have our solo stories, ups and downs, high and low, love and break up. I am Kurd and originally from Iran. I was 10 years old when the Islamic revolution started and made life hellish for everyone unfortunately. What happen to us as Iranian was one the saddest stories in recent history.
covid period was very shocking, difficult and unexpected and we all straggled in various ways.
I do believe good in everyone and even the worst of us if we tap in in the good parts, always better outcomes, will emerge. Please do understand this place is not for party and drinking and dancing all night with loud music. There are places like clubs and venues, designated for that. you can have your small birthday party with the number of people who booked the place and no more people and then you still need to be civilized and not having party till next day. I repeat that again no extra guests, please.
Btw I love animal and I think the world without them will be very cold and soulless. I have adopted a stray cat, Charlie who lives with me at the granny flat and does not enter other properties.

The house is located on the hill with a very greenery view with many varieties of plants and also animal friendly.
it’s a 7 mins walk to Arncliffe Train Station, 7 mins drive from the Airport and about 30 minutes far from City by trains. You can also easily access to Taxi and uber to airport or any other destination. There is also a very short walking distance to local grocery shop (3 mins walk) , IGA , restaurant , coffee shops, Thai restaurant and take away, Kebab shop.
-plenty of unlimited street parking
-unlimited Wifi access with high speed with Netflix and Stan ,
Big Garden with the view of Brighton la sand .

All my three places are very clean I am trying very to be at the top of everything. But If you are not happy about something, please let me know ASAP and I will be very happy to fix it immediately.
