Newport Beach and Bush Getaway With Great Views

Our spacious home is located high up amongst the trees in the suburb of Newport and provides an ideal beach and bush getaway. The property is surrounded by a tropical garden and has views down the coast as far as Manly, and across to the protected inland waterways of Pittwater. You will love the location and will feel pleasantly isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city while being minutes from all the amenities.

You will occupy the complete lower floor of our 3-story home. The space is separate from the main house and includes private access. The living area is spacious providing 2 large bedrooms each with queen sized beds and separate bathrooms. A spacious lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling glass looks out amongst the trees with views South down the coast as far as Manly and West across to the yachts moored in the marinas on Pittwater.

A fully equipped kitchen is provided which includes dishwasher, microwave and a full-sized fridge/freezer. A washing machine is also available. Other amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a large screen TV with access to cable TV providers. A Weber BBQ is located on the verandah and sliding glass doors can open to bring the outside in. We cater for young ones with a folding cot and highchair available on request. Toys, games and books are also available.

Guests have private access to the accommodation via stairs from the street. The lower garden and deck area is also available for your exclusive use and provides a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Note.
Due to the hilly nature of the Northern Beaches area many properties are built on steep hillsides, and you will need to be able to navigate a number of steps over 2 levels to access this accommodation so it wouldn't be suited to guests that have mobility issues.
