This is one of a few places in the area that has this feature.
Newly renovated Kitchen. Relax in this beautiful Family Friendly apartment with a glimpse of the Harbour Bridge View, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, common garden, undercover car park, and FREE NBN FAST WIFI CONNECTION, Miele washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Bathroom with Bath and Shower, reverse air con. Everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay.
The space
This is a fantastic location for a Bondi Beach vacation. The beach is at the end of the street, only 10 min minutes walk from the front door. It is a lovely quiet area, yet numerous cafes and little grocers are in immediate vicinity. There are also numerous great local Deli style grocers and each Saturday welcomes the Bondi Beach Farmers Markets where one can purchase the freshest artisan produce brought straight from the farm, and sold direct by the farmer or producer.
The property consists of 2 large bedrooms:

$100 extra applies to organize this configuration.
We can provide a baby cot as well. It can sleep up to 5 people comfortably and a baby. It has a spacious open living and dining area, plus a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. Other features include a beautiful balcony looking at the Harbour Bridge, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, plus an undercover car park.
The bus stop is opposite the apartment where you can go to Bondi Junction train station in less than 5 minutes which connects to Central Station 10 min, Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Opera House, where you can catch the ferry to Manly, Taronga Zoo and the Northern Beaches

CLEANING FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 WEEKS:
For our long-term students/guests, the apartment requires cleaning every fortnight. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $150 AUD per cleaning.

Due to Australia's tropical climate, you may occasionally encounter bugs, spiders, or insects, most of which are harmless. We do not accept cancellations or compensation due to such sightings. However, we regularly fumigate the property and are available to assist if needed.

We love those little furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our apartment is pet free.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning, and penalties will apply.

We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Please note that, from time to time, the swimming pool may be temporarily closed due to scheduled or emergency maintenance. These closures are managed by the building and are unfortunately beyond our control. We kindly advise that no refunds or compensation will be provided in these instances.
