Welcome to a modern retreat just 100 meters from the iconic white sandy beach of Mount Maunganui, nestled in the heart of the town. This stylish apartment is tailored to be the perfect urban escape for couples, corporate travelers, small groups, and families.
Comfortably accommodating 4 guests across two bedrooms, relish in the luxury of a king and queen size bed. With everything conveniently within reach, you'll appreciate the seamless and convenient living experience this space provides.
The apartment boasts all the amenities you could desire. Its simplicity and use of natural textures and tones create a relaxed, bright, and beachy ambiance. The modern kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and cooktop. Begin your day by savoring the coffee from the provided coffee machine before lounging in the living area or stepping onto your private balcony, furnished with outdoor lounge seating reminiscent of a fine restaurant. Relax and unwind as you listen to the sounds of beach life, and in the evenings, this balcony becomes the ultimate vantage point to watch the sun set.
The two bedrooms feature a king and queen size bed, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet. Should you need an extra bed, a foldout bed is available upon request.
One secure carpark is provided, complemented by additional free street parking if needed. For your comfort, a heat pump is available to set the perfect ambiance.
Once you've settled in, prepare for a day at the beach! You're mere minutes away from the main patrolled area where the Mount Surf Club awaits. Adventure seekers can explore Mauao (Mount Maunganui) or enjoy a leisurely stroll around the base. The Mount Hot Pools and the main shopping strip are also right outside your door, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is both convenient and delightful.
Kindly note that Mauao and the Mount hot pools remain closed until further notice.

Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.
Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.
Bond Hold:
A bond hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
These terms are designed to ensure the smooth processing of your reservation and to account for any potential damages or additional cleaning required during your stay. Please review these terms carefully, and if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
