Sleeping arrangements
This spacious home sleeps 14 guests across seven bedrooms and seven beds with 5.5 bathrooms. The ground floor includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, one featuring a roll-in shower for wheelchair accessibility. Upstairs, additional bedrooms and a bonus sleeping area offer flexibility for families and groups. The Light Keepers Suite, reached by a private outdoor spiral staircase, provides a queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and 360° views of the ocean and waterway.

Living spaces
Each level offers its own living room, kitchen, and laundry facilities, giving you space to share or retreat as you wish. The main floor features a comfortable sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen for everyday meals. Upstairs, the airy sunroom opens onto wide decks that catch the sea breeze. The upgraded kitchen with a bar and beverage center makes entertaining easy and relaxed.

Kitchen & dining
Cook and share meals together in the kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Essentials like cookware and tableware are provided, along with a dining table and barbecue utensils for grilling outdoors.

Outdoor living
Two panoramic decks invite you to dine in the open air or unwind with ocean views. Fire up the BBQ grill, enjoy the sound of waves from the balcony, or sip an evening drink under the stars. The home includes a private entrance and free on-site parking for four vehicles, with direct beach access just across the street.

Neighborhood
Located 4.5 miles north of the Vilano Beach Bridge and downtown St. Augustine, and 3 miles from the Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve, the home offers both coastal calm and easy access to trails, kayaking, and local exploration.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
