A bright sunroom leads to two expansive decks for entertaining and provides access to the unique Light Keepers Suite through a spiral staircase. This exceptional suite, measuring 22'x20', features a Queen bed, a full bath, a kitchenette with a beverage center, microwave, coffee maker, and a 40" TV, surrounded by 360-degree windows offering stunning views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway.

Parking is convenient with a two-car garage and surface parking for an additional four cars. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Conveniently located just 4.5 miles north of the Vilano Beach Bridge and St. Augustine, the property is in proximity to historic attractions, shopping, kids’ activities, groceries, and restaurants. Additionally, it is only 3 miles south of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, which features multiple parks for hiking, picnicking, paddleboarding, and kayak rentals, along with various outdoor activities.
