Step onto the expansive deck and let the sound of waves wash over you as the salty breeze carries the scent of the ocean. Begin your mornings with quiet beach walks on the private path to the sand and end your evenings beneath a starlit sky, listening to the tide roll in. From sunrise to sunset, light fills the open living spaces and balconies, connecting you with the water just steps away.

Sleeping arrangements
This oceanfront retreat sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The third floor features three ocean-facing bedrooms that open directly onto the balcony. The primary king suite offers its own ensuite bathroom, while two queen bedrooms share a hallway bath. On the ground floor, younger guests can enjoy the bunkroom with two full/twin bunks with trundles, as well as a media space with a 60+ inch TV and sectional sofa. A separate king bedroom on this level provides a quieter place to recharge and has direct deck access.

Outdoor living
The 60-foot oceanfront balcony is perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or spotting dolphins at dusk. A newly built beachfront deck with comfortable seating invites you to spend hours outdoors. Guests have private beach access and beach essentials for days by the shore, along with a BBQ grill for easy outdoor cooking.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and wine glasses makes preparing meals simple. Two dining tables each seating eight create space for shared meals, and a breakfast bar for four offers a casual spot for coffee or snacks. Barbecue utensils are included for grilling outside.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you will find Smart TVs, cable TV, wifi, and a dedicated workspace. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a washer, dryer, hangers, extra pillows, and blankets. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating keep every room comfortable. For safety, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.

Practical details
Free parking is available for up to three cars on the premises, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Please note that shampoo is not provided.

This oceanfront home offers generous gathering spaces, quiet bedrooms, and direct access to the sand, creating a setting where you can slow down and enjoy the rhythms of the sea.
