Salt Therapy - Elevated house w/ beach access

Sunlight filters through ocean breezes as you step out to the sound of the surf. Mornings begin with coffee on the patio, the sea just beyond, and end with soft waves and starlit skies. Between, you’ll find space to gather, unwind, and savor slow coastal living at North Vilano Beach.

Sleeping arrangements
Together, two connected coastal homes known as Salt Therapy North & South accommodate up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 6 beds. Each home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering a total of 4 full and 2 half baths. Essentials such as bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer to keep your stay comfortable.

Outdoor living
The saltwater pool invites you to cool off after a beach day, open year-round and framed by ocean air. Spend easy afternoons on the covered patio or share dinner at the outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill and sweeping ocean views. Beach access is nearby, and beach essentials are included for carefree seaside days.

Kitchen & dining
Each home includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Cook your favorite meals or prepare a casual breakfast before heading out to the sand. Enjoy meals at the dining table or dine alfresco beneath the open sky.

Comfort & convenience
Inside, unwind with a 50-inch HDTV with Roku (bring your own login credentials) or stay connected with Wi-Fi. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating ensure year-round comfort. Elevator access connects all three levels, making movement easy for every guest, and self check-in via keypad offers flexibility on arrival.

Parking & pets
Three driveway parking spaces are available, with the option to confirm garage or boat parking in advance. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs with an applicable fee.

Safety & accessibility
Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The elevator offers accessible dimensions, at least 52 inches deep with a 32-inch doorway.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated. No Hot Tub.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
