Gate Access
Formosa Gardens Estate is a gated community. Please have your welcome packet available (printed or digital) upon arrival.

Self Check-In
This home is self-check-in. You will receive a gate code and personalized door code 72 hours prior to arrival.

Parking
• Strict maximum of 3 vehicles.
• All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only.
• No street parking permitted.
• Driveway accommodates two cars parked normally and one parked parallel without blocking the sidewalk or grass.
• We are not responsible for towed vehicles.

Starter Supplies

As this is a self-catering home, a starter kit is provided:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge

Basic cookware, plates, cups, utensils, pots, and pans are provided.
Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not included.

Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)

• Available October–March for $45 per day
• Must be requested before arrival for the entire stay
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Pool and spa share the same water; spa heating requires pool heat
• Not available April–September
• Water temperature may vary when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F

Pool Service

• Pools are serviced every Monday
• Pool may be unavailable for up to 3 hours during cleaning
• Pool heating does not reach hot tub temperatures

Grill

• No grill onsite; rentals available locally
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio
• Additional cleaning fees may apply

Security Cameras

For safety and property protection:
• One camera is located at the front entrance
• One camera is positioned on the pool equipment (not facing the pool itself)
