The house is beautiful exactly as pictured and described!! Very comfortable and feels welcoming! Spa is nice after long days in the parks. Great communication with host! Very helpful. Location is perfect for visiting the parks with a shorter commute in. Also great restaurants nearby to help you avoid some of the Orlando traffic. We had a wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is in a well-established neighborhood and everyone was friendly. Upon arrival, there were some concerns with the cleanliness of the home, likely because it was vacant for some time, but we contacted the owner, and the matter was addressed promptly. The home is very limited on linens but that was an easy fix. Our kids really enjoyed the pool! The home is very close to a lot of restaurants and a few fun things. We would stay again.

Great Propery and a Great Location

Had a very nice stay at this VRBO. Location is good for the parks, Disney Springs and shopping. Property had everything we needed to eat in and cook. Spa and pool were nice and the ouside furniture was good. Would stay again.

The home is first class and inviting. It is located in a great location and easily accessible to Disney areas and I-4. We will be staying here again for our next trip to Orlando. Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

Family Ready!

We just had the best family vacation! This home was perfect for being together and still have privacy. Our children and grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and game room. Fantastic place to stretch out near Disney

I was quite pleased with our stay at the Four corners property. I had never stayed off site for a Disney vacation before so I wasn’t sure how easily we’d navigate, but it was so much nicer having the space to unwind after our long days at the parks. The owner was wonderful at responding to our questions and needs. The travel time (during the busiest time of the year 🎄 ) was reasonable even with the traffic. We will certainly stay here again next time we do an Orlando visit.

What you see is what you get

The house was as described. Perfect in every way. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the pool was a bit too cool for March. The jacuzzi heated up fine, so that got all the use instead

Elegant & comfortable home

We loved staying in this home. There is so much space and the pool is wonderful! Very clean and photos don't do the quality of this home justice! The owners have added a lot of extra touches to make this one of the nicest rentals we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. We'll definitely want to reserve it again on our next trip to Disney. The owner is very easy to work with and responded back promptly to any emails with questions that I had. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and Disney!

Everything is as stated in listing. Pool could have been a little warmer for me but the boys was fine with it . A few extra garbage bags and dishwasher soap would have been nice . Awesome place thou . Pool good size , hot tub good, beautiful place , good beds too. So close to everything , food, groceries, wal mart, entertainment etc

Luxury Home

The photos do not do this property justice. My family recently stayed for a week in this luxury home and had a wonderful stay. The property has a perfect location to attractions as well as privacy. The neighborhood is beautiful and away from the traffic of the theme parks. My older children even enjoyed morning runs around the gated community. We had a group of 12 aged 2-55 and enjoyed everything about our stay. Our granddaughters were thrilled with the "Frozen" room and played for hours. Access to Disney was so easy because of the location -- Everything was spotless, including the grill and the pool - which we enjoyed as well. We hope to make this a yearly vacation spot and recommend this home to everyone!

Family friendly property

We spent 10 days at the property and couldn't be more pleased. The property was lovely and well maintained. My husband raved about the fact that it was so conveniently located to the Disney properties and to everything else you could possibly need. We've stayed on Disney property several times and he is convinced we were back at the house quicker than we were back to our resort when on property. Boredom was never an issue: our grandchildren loved the private pool and we really appreciated the security features. Our granddaughter has a frozen room at home and she was delighted with the one at the house. The toys for both boys and girls, as well as a pool table and air hockey for older children/adults, in the game room was a big hit.

Florida Get-a-way

The property had all the amenities listed. It was easy to find and the rules were also posted in the house. The alarm system was not working as said so that is a problem for the home crew to resolve. It does not go off while we were there but we could not set it. The kids loved the pool and so did the adults. It was much better than hotel life. My husband had a thrill playing in the game room. Everyone ended up happy and relaxed in the end.

Beautiful Home in a great area

This home is beautiful and just as the pictures show. A few things that I would change is that they only leave you one garbage bag and one dishwasher soap pod, not nearly enough for a week. They also do not have any cleaning supplies or washcloths in the house anywhere, so it was hard to maintain a tidy home without these things. Lastly, the property management team never once returned a call while we were there, luckily the owners were responsive and helped us with our concerns.

Family Christmas Trip

We had a group of family members stay at this property between Christmas and New Years. Overall, the property was very good...but not great.Pros: Very large house; very large rooms; a lot of bathrooms; convenient location. Prior to arrival, communication with the owner was very good and the condition of the property was as described in the listing.Cons: No kleenex boxes; 1 extra trash bag; no extra toilet paper; over 10 light bulbs were burnt out when we arrived and one of the sinks leaked. I contacted the maintenance people who said they could not arrive until the next day. Apparently, they arrived sometime later the same day and replaced some of the light bulbs. However, the sink was still leaking so I placed a towel under it. In addition, there were no instructions for the TVs, which was somewhat annoying.

Would not recommend

Yes fairly clean and well appointed. We had many issues and the property manager AND owner never responded for the full 6 days. The listing advertised a hot tub/spa; ice cold and could not turn heat on; we were all disappointed as this was a priority and I would have never chosen this house with no hot tub. Weather was a bit chilly and the first floor master fan would not go off. We cut off a circuit breaker to shut it off; leaving the bedroom with no electricity for the week. Many lamps did not work, disposal was broke, hair dryer in main bath broke, very stingy on the towels with with no extras, no dishcloth or dishtowels or dishsoap, Main bath faucet dripped constantly - a waste! Comforters had some stains. Most concerning is NO response from property mgr or owner - we called and emailed twice. I have been renting houses in Orlando for almost 30 years and this was unacceptable. I know what to expect. It was really too bad because the size met our needs so well. I will not rent next year from this property mgr or owner. Beware!

This review is false! I am the owner of this property and responded every time this guest emailed me. Every time! The maintenance department of management went to the home to try and fix the fan. It was an electrical issue and apparently a short. The guest stated the repair could wait until after his stay as he did not need the fan since it was cold. The guest never told me he had no power to the entire room. The pool heater was off due to the guest hitting the wrong breaker. That was discovered after he left. The only other issue I was informed of was the garbage disposal which I notified maintenance but they were waiting on a part. I cannot believe a guest would give a 2 star review over not having the use of a garbage disposal! I’ve owned this home for almost 13 years and have Never had lower than a 4 star review! This petty guest can stay elsewhere and see what $250 night gets him for a 4000 square foot home.
