The house was amazing. We had a group of 15, 10 teens and 5 adults. The themeing was great and there was enough beds for everyone. It is conveniently located for disney or universal. The Host was amazing for the few questions we had prior to arrival. We would rebook for a large group again!

Pure Magic

This is ultimate Disney home! The amount of dedication and time that the hosts put into theming this home is evident from the second you walk in the door. This home added so much magic and fun to our children’s Disney trip. Beds were very comfortable and having a private pool and hot tub after a long day of walking the parks was an added perk. The amount of space in this home was more than we even thought through the listing. There was so much room to spread out and everyone got to pick their favorite rooms which they loved. Thank you for a truly magical stay! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Disney!

The BEST for a group!

We had the absolute best time staying here! The rooms were well themed and the kids were beside themselves at all of it. Big kids and littles alike will love it. The pool and hot tub were a plus, and the location was wonderful. We have stayed in ALOT of rental properties and this was the most well stocked of any home we have ever seen. They had everything! We would recommend it again and again.

Lovely home, great location.

This is a beautiful home for a family vacation. The property is in a perfect location for a visit to Disney World and also has easy access to Universal and Sea World. The rooms are decorated with themes from various movies such as Star Wars and Toy Story. The mechanics of the home work well. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for and feed a family. Kevin the owner was very responsive to any concerns that arose during our stay. We could not ask for anything more!

Excellent place for all things Orlando!

We stayed here with our 2 grown children, their spouses, and our 3 young grandchildren. The house did not disappoint! The attention to detail in the themed rooms was impressive - and so many toys! We did the Disney parks 3 days, non-consecutive, so we could have rest days in between. With toys and pool, I never heard the word “bored” all week! The kitchen was highly functional, with children’s plates and cups in a lower cabinet accessible to them. We saved a lot of money by cooking meals for ourselves instead of eating out and enjoyed the open floor plan. As the kitchen is centrally located in the house, one didn’t feel they didn’t know what was going on elsewhere when working in the kitchen. It was a great experience all the way around and I do highly recommend this place.

Magical!!

This place was absolutely AMAZING! I mean, every room had its own theme and vibe that made you feel like you were in that specific movie. The cleanliness was outstanding and the place was stocked with plenty of cookware for preparing meals. The location was amazing and just off the beaten path far enough to be anywhere you need in 20-25 minutes. My family and I couldn’t stop raving about how awesome this house was to stay in. The outdoor pool was PERFECT for a “rest” day in between Disney trips throughout the week. My little one even swam on her own for the first time! It was just such a cool experience that we will cherish forever. - My fiancé literally took prop pictures in every single room when we got there because she was so excited haha those will be a great memory to look back on!! Thank you so much for caring about your place so much and giving families the opportunity to share it together. It was something I’ll be talking about for a long time to come.

This house was perfect for hosting family from out of town. As a local resident and travel agent, I have seen and stayed all over the Orlando/Kissimmee area. My family and I Rented this house so we could all be together for my daughter’s 6th birthday. With that being said the house is BEAUTIFUL and was clean. 2 things I didn’t like were the hand soap’s were watered down as if the house cleaner just adds water instead of buying more soap. Also The pool was green and the hot tub had a bad smell. We checked the filter and it did need to be changed. Again not the hosts fault cleaning services have to do better.

International Student trip

Our trip to the magical Be Our Guest house was amazing. All of the decor was on point. The attention to detail was inspiring. The beds were super comfortable lol e and my niece LOVED all the dresses in the Minnie Mouse room. We brought a group of international students to Orlando for the first time and they loved the house! It was the most well stocked house ever. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. This is a must do’.

Everything about this house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 children (ages 6, 14, and 15) when we were in town for Disney in March 2024. The theming in this house is perfection. Dare I say better than if one stayed on site at Disney. Our 6-year-old daughter LOVED the Minnie and Toy Story rooms. She cried when we were leaving because she didn’t want to leave the house and has continued to talk about it even now that we’ve been home for a few days. This house has so much space and is VERY clean. The beds are comfortable. This house was a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of days at the parks. The location to Disney is great. A lot of thought has gone into the decorating and the EXTRA amenities that are available to guests. We appreciated the EXTRAS like: kid dishes available in the kitchen; the pool towels; rain ponchos for unexpected rainy park days; the strollers for guest use; the toys and games in the house, including pool toys, beach toys; and indoor toys such as costumes and dolls; the extra door locks and screen for pool safety for young kids; and the house alarm system. The owner had great, quick communication before our stay. Check in was quick and easy. If you are on the fence about booking this house, book it!! You won’t be disappointed. Sure, you can stay somewhere else and save some money, but if you want more than a place to stay and want lodging that is PART of your vacation, you’ve found the right property!

Everything about this property was top-notch! And we were just so surprised by all of the extras that that Home provides for a family going to the Orlando attractions! If you are flying, you can leave the stroller and playpens and high chairs behind! It is all right there not to mention dress up clothing, and all kinds of kid toys, and games! It was almost hard to leave the house behind to go to the parks!! Could not have had a better experience! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

"Every adventure requires a first step" - Alice, Alice in Wonderland

We love the Sunshine State and wanted to be able to share that with our extended families. As our family grew, travelling continued to be an important part of our story. We know the memories we make will last forever and we wanted to create a home base for our travels from Minnesota. Upon Kevin's return from his second deployment oversees with the MN Army National Guard, we bought our Disney Home. We hope that you will enjoy this magical place as much as we have. We knew we wanted a space that would be able to accommodate our family and friends alike. Our time in Minnesota is filled with school schedules and nurses schedule and drill weekend responsibilities. Our home in Florida is filled with joy and magic and warmth. We hope that you will find yourself surrounded by all of these things as well and
create memories that will last a lifetime.

Don't be fooled by properties claiming to be only "15 min" away from Disney. That usually means it's 15 minutes with no traffic, 45 minutes with it. Our neighborhood is one of the closest neighborhoods to the Disney main gates.
