Perfect 5 star review rating! Come Visit Acadia Estates Villa! REOPENING MEMORIAL DAY with UPDATES!!! We will no longer have any carpet in the home as all those areas have been replaced with luxury vinyl plank and all 4 full bathrooms have new vanities with quartz tops! We wanted to do this eventually but a toilet leak moved up our timeline. That means lots of fresh paint, rugs, etc as well. Photos will be updated mid May when we sign off on all the work!

Acadia Estates Villa is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath, two-story home with over 3100 Sq Ft of interior living space plus the lanai/pool area. This fantastic house comes with everything you need for an awesome vacation including a pool, hot tub/spa, home theater, flat-screen TVs, fast wireless Internet, and much more. The pool area features a large deck for sun lounging and dining, and a wonderful pool and hot tub/spa (optionally heated for $24/night).

It is in a very nice, quiet, gated community and is one of the closest developments to Disney. It is less than three miles away from the Disney World exit and is extremely close to other major attractions such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld. It is just over an hour to stunningly beautiful beaches.

Whether you're in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax, you've found the perfect location. This is the ideal place to return to at the end of a long day, and you'll have all the comforts of home. You can relax around the pool with a drink or snack and plan your next adventure. There’s so much to see and do in the area that you will need an occasional day to simply relax in the home while the children have fun in the private swimming pool.

All bedrooms have their own televisions with a Roku device. There are also two stand-up arcade games in the loft area. The house has an electronic lock system, so there are no keys to pick up or remember, as well as a whole-home security system. There are two sets of high-quality linens as well as towels for both the pool and bathrooms.

We have a small set of toiletries, bar soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets to get you started so you don't have to run out to the store right away and can just settle in.

There are cameras facing out on the front exterior of the home but none inside the home. We also have a Ring Doorbell at the front door.
