With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeping up to 20 guests, this spacious residence is ideal for large families and church groups. The downstairs dining room features a massive, custom-built hardwood dining table which can comfortably fit 16 people. It's perfect for shared meals, game nights, group discussions, and more! The 2 fully stocked gourmet kitchens feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and every bedroom and kitchen is equipped with a smart TV with premium cable. Enjoy family movie nights with surround sound speakers, relive your childhood in the "Arcade" corner, or stargaze on the deck at night. Plus, the spacious backyard has 2 disk golf baskets for outdoor entertainment. With 2 laundry stations and 2 living rooms, this home has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.



Guest Access:

Entry is by door code.

Guests have access to the entire home.

Access is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.



The Neighborhood:

Located near Downtown Williamstown, enjoy walking trails, disc golf, and a fishing pond on 5 acres. Less than 2 miles from the Ark Encounter, this home is ideal for Ark visitors or large groups attending events at The Josephina, Creation Museum, Bourbon Trail, or Kentucky Horse Park. Getting Around:

We recommend bringing your own vehicle when visiting with us. The parking lot for this home is large and can accommodate large vans/buses.



Other Things to Note:

This historic home, built in 1873 by County Attorney and Judge William T. Simmons, has undergone a massive two-year remodel to restore it to its original purpose as a residence. Throughout its lifetime, the house has been repurposed as a doctor's office, law office, and photography studio. Now, the house has been carefully restored with original features, such as exposed brick and cypress beams, while also featuring modern amenities. With its rich history and restored character, this home is the perfect place for large groups visiting Williamstown and the Ark Encounter.



We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent (Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the booking agreement).



Interaction with Guests:

We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.

Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
