The full kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, and the cozy outdoor seating is perfect for evening relaxation. With space for everyone, it’s the ideal retreat for creating unforgettable memories together!

Super cute house right around the corner from the Ark. Arrival and getting into the house was smooth, the house was very clean, and has a lot of character. We thought we would be spending most of our time in the game room/theater room, but ended up sitting outside both on the deck and around the fire pit for most of our stay.

We strive to provide accurate listing information, and the listing photos show that there are stairs in the home. 3 of the bedrooms have closets available to the guests, and 2 do not. The home is equipped with lighting to go downstairs to the basement, it is right beside the door before you go downstairs. I am sorry you were unable to find it. This was the perfect place to stay when going to see the ARK Encounter, especially with having kids! Not only was the house set up with a great layout but there was so many little details that made this trip even better. You had board games, arcade games, air hockey, and a little movie spot just in the basement. Then they even had a nice pack n play and high chair for the littles. Our family had the best time at this home and Greg was awesome to reach out and make sure our stay was just that and more! There’s also a friendly stray cat that you might get to see and very friendly outside. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend to come stay if you get the chance!

Worth the price!

Super nice home - there were plenty of dishes, cups, & cookware for our large group and many thoughtful "extras" that you don't find in other rentals. The game/entertainment rooms downstairs were a HUGE hit with children and adults alike. It's pricey, but if you can afford it, it's totally worth it! We will be back for sure.

Visiting the Ark Encounter/Creation Museum & wanted a home nearby. The Ark Encounter is literally just 3 minutes away. The home was lovely-just the right layout for 6 adults and one 4 year old. The kitchen/dining area & living room accommodated us very well. Very clean & freshly updated. The only thing unexpected were the 2 sets of stairs(upstairs bedrooms/basement/game room) which were a bit much for our 2 seniors, but we all enjoyed time together in the common areas and were comfortable. Our host, Gregory was very attentive. I would definitely recommend this home! It was a great trip!

Ark Encounter trip with grandkids

One of the best we have stayed in, owner was communicative and house had everything we needed for our stay, I advised him we were grilling out steaks and he left out some awesome steak rub and seasoning as well as brand new grill and grilling set. Everything was brand new and worked correctly including arcade games. Very clean, easy to find and great location for the Ark Encounter. Only 3 mins away. Kitchen also had everything you needed to cook and serve a nice meal. Would highly recommend, theater room was awesome as well, great seats!!

Ark Encounter and Family fun Game time !

We had a great stay ! Such a nice clean house . Loved the designs and decorations. The game room was so awesome that our son didn’t want to leave . They really have thought of everything for this place . I would definitely recommend or stay again . We were at the ark in less than 5 minutes. Greg was very helpful and communicated right away . Easy self check in and out . Plenty of spaces to sleep ,sit , play and relax . :)

Life at our house is full of laughter, toys everywhere, and the occasional surprise tea party. When I’m not chasing little ones around, I work as a pilot and have been lucky enough to travel all over the world — but I always love coming home.

In my free time, you’ll usually find me outside — either in the garden, tending to my orchard, or sneaking in a motorcycle ride when the kids are napping (don’t worry, I keep it safe). I also enjoy exercising and, most importantly, spending quality time with my family.
